This place makes the Apple Store seem like child’s play. I brought my phone thinking it was unrepairable with a fully cracked front screen and back. It wasn't aligned either. Within a day, it looked like a brand new phone without having to shell out $1000+ at an Apple Store to get replaced. Phenomenal service and store. Highly recommend.

Ive had two seperate experiences with alibaba-
The first one was good, I broke my camera lens on my iPhone XR and they replaced it within an hour of dropping it off. The price was cheap and i had no complaints.
The second time I went, however, was not as good. I shattered my phone screen on my iPhone 14 plus and I brought it to them to replace. The guy worker gave no warnings about the process and quickly made me sign a contract and hand my phone over to him. When it was done, I noticed my phone giving me a warning saying my display was not recognized. Basically, the worker gave me a 3rd party screen (not apple provided) and due to this part I lose functions like auto brightness adjusting, true tone sensing, multi touch, and more. Also, my brightness cant go as high, my battery drains quicker, and my phone occasionally spazzes out and clicks a bunch of buttons and swipes between my apps without touching the screen at all. My phone is like 30% of what it once was before I got this new screen. Frustrated, I went back to the shop and told the guy my phone wasn’t working properly. He replied that yes that is what happens when you use a non apple screen. I told him you never told me that or warned me beforehand. He explained to me that apple has a tool that only allows them to work on screens and that repair shops dont have access to it. Once again, I asked why he didnt do anything to warn me about this and I was told there is nothing I can do. So now I am stuck with this malfunctioning screen that I paid around $140 for that I cannot refund and my phone is ruined. Thanks Alibaba! I will be going to the apple store for repairs from now on.

I would like to give a heartfelt five-star review to the owner Ali. My daughter, who was visiting us, needed to return to college the next day. Unfortunately, her phone got water damaged today and kept shutting down on its own. Since some of her homework requires multi-factor authentication (MFA), having a working phone was essential.
I contacted several repair stores, but they all needed 24 to 72 hours to fix it. Then, I found Alibaba Cell Repair, and Ali worked on it. He stayed past their 8 PM closing time, working on the phone until nearly 10 PM, without charging any extra fees for expedited service.
It’s rare to find a business this honest and dedicated. I highly recommend Alibaba Cell Repair for anyone in need of reliable service.

They do seem to have the best prices for repair shops in the area. Unfortunately, the quality of work and service falls short.
I shattered one of the rear camera glasses on my iPhone 14 pro. The camera underneath just had a minor scratch, so only the glass over top needed to be fixed. Alibaba didn’t require an appointment and got it replaced quickly for a fair price. I noticed a few days afterward that there were little pieces of loose debris underneath the glass, like it wasn’t cleaned out properly before the new one was installed. A little fuzzy gray bead shows up on photos sometimes when a shard gets in the way of the camera.
I brought it in again to see if that could be fixed and the man was incredibly rude and dismissive. As I tried to explain the issue, he cut me off to say there was nothing wrong with the glass. I tried repeatedly to explain it wasn’t the glass or camera itself, but some debris caught in between. It’s visible with the naked eye. He said replacing the camera will be expensive. I said it’s not the camera. He said he can’t open it again because it would break if he touched it with a tool. If you did it right the first time, it wouldn’t be a problem. Despite how frustrating the conversation was, I was pleasant and calm the whole time. Continued trying to explain.
He finally told me to my face that “I’m not a technical person, I wouldn’t understand”. I couldn’t believe my ears. Not sure if all customers are treated that way or if it was because I was a young woman, but I was not pleased.

I want to seriously report this place, I left my Tablet there and the problem was never resolved, an employee who is totally arrogant, rudevl and misplaced called me to inform me that he couldn't do anything with my equipment, but that's not the point, I went on Monday Tuesday and they were not there, they had not opened the location and now this guy haughtily calls me Wednesday at 6:12 in the afternoon..They weren't open!! so that I can go pick up my product, the truth is that the service is rubbish. This guy treat customers is totally unacceptable. Rude, unprofessional and more. I've record my call with this horrible employee..please be careful with this please. They don't offer solutions..they're not oriented to customer service AT ALL.

After all these years I finally cracked my glass on my Samsung phone. I don't know how anyone can live with a cracked screen!! I checked the net for cell phone repairs and found Alibaba in Centreville. I drive by this place all the time and finally stopped by with my phone for repair. I can see why this place has so many good reviews. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. He recommended staying with a Samsung screen. It seems like he is open every day of the week which is very good to know. I dropped my phone off and picked it up in a few hours. The cost was reasonable. The phone is just like new and it seems the screen is so much brighter. Love it. Thank you Alibabba!
