I've been a Verizon customer for a long time and have dealt with many representatives over the years. Hannah O at the Claypool Hill office offered us the most professional and thorough help we've ever received. Her knowledge and warm personality made our experience very pleasant. I would highly recommend this store, especially if Hannah is there to help you.

Nathaniel, Austin, Sam, Hannah, and Will are great at this location. Nathaniel is very knowledgeable and helpful with all device and account needs. He helped my sister get internet in her area for a low cost. I highly recommend this store and him for your cellular/internet needs.

Set for an hour never welcomed or anyone spoke to me but spoke to other people coming in no order or way of taking people. So when I thought was my turn it wasn't they put another in front of me.will never use claypool hill store again!! One of the worst customer service businesses I've walked into.so didn't get any help on problem with phone .thinking highly straight talk again.
