Only giving one star because zero was not an option. Don't waste your time going to this place unless you want to make a big purchase. I went in and asked for a part for a Husqvarna riding mower and the guy just looked at me like I was crazy. Very unprofessional! Some women do mow grass and use weedeaters. If you don't want to sell to us just say so. Tell us you don't have the part. Anything but stand there and tilt your head like we speak a different language. My husband can just order the part from Amazon. Local businesses like that don't need my support!

I purchased a riding mower here. Best I have ever owned. I use it in rough and I mean rough service. It had to go back to the shop twice this season. While you might think that’s a bad thing it’s not. I broke the mower twice. Both times they took care of me and had me back mowing in a very reasonable time period. They pickup and deliver, extra charge, but it beats buying a trailer. Good folks they’ve always treated me good.

Parts are hard to come by right now but they pulled it off and got me fixed. I forgot to mention a small part when I paid them for everything else and remembered as I picked up the mower. They put it on free of charge. Highly recommend this bunch!

Johnny, Jeff, and Shawn were all very helpful. Johnny gave a great tutorial on the do's and dont's of using the new chainsaw and set it up ready to go so could start using it right away. Good to know can call with any questions if unsure of anything.

It was good working with Shawn on the purchase of a drive belt for a craftsman lawnmower. Living in WA state and trying to help your mom find a belt for her mower is a little rough but these guys pulled through for me. Thank you for the over-the-phone help.

I purchased 3 Husquvarnia products from this place. A snow blower, a battery powered weed cutter and a $5000 450x Automower.
The weed cutter was already out of production (I was never informed of this by dealer) no replacement parts for it are available not even the string trimmer head! In 2 years of lite Occasional use, the charging station and battery pack were replaced within the first 6 weeks. Charging station has quit again with no replacement available $500 down the drain.
The 450x Automower has had Continuous problems which since new. Returned for repairs 7 times to Spring Hill repairs have taken 3-4 weeks each time.
I need it repaired again and I can’t even get to talk to the stores owner / Automow repair technician about fixing it.
I have called three different days asking to speak to the Owner/ repair person. He wouldn’t take my call, same excuse each time “he’s with a costumer” I leave my number and ask each time for a return call so I could make appointment. 7days after my first call I still haven’t heard back from them.
I contacted Husqvarna USA directly to inquire about getting my mower serviced the reply was all dealers are independent and they have no control over them
If you must buy Husqvarna products avoid Springhill completely
