Every time i have been the man working named shane is disguting to customers. He is so very unprofessional. Words could not describe how rude he is to customers, more specifically elders, and people who don’t speak english super duper well. Disgusting behavior for someone working in customer service.

I am newer to the area. I went in to this location to send a package. I first got the price from the rep for 12 dollars and some odd change plus the cost of the materials. I then go back up front with the materials and the product to be shipped and a different rep tells me it is 81 dollars and he knows nothing about how the first rep calculated it and was too busy to ask. I know things can differ from rep to rep, but 12 vs 81 is a huge, unacceptable difference.

The guy at the desk was very rude an arrogant
His name is(Jeff)if you don’t want your day ruined because someone is miserable with there life then don’t go to this post office his tone of voice an the way he said things was very unprofessional he doesn’t need to be working in Customer service!!

Whoever delivers to Pebble Creek consistently marks packages as “delivered” when they are not, and sneakily places them the next morning, usually. I am easy to please, but dishonesty is not acceptable. I am not sure the reasoning for doing this, but it certainly causes a lot of extra unnecessary stress on my end. I will most certainly be making a formal complaint if it continues.

The carriers are the worst. Unfriendly, lazy and down right uncaring. Guy litterally pulls up to my door (in front of my camera) and throws my package out of his truck.

The mail woman has poor work ethic. She claims she can’t walk around where a disabled dog poos to deliver packages in her combat boots. The dog needs stability and uses the sidewalk to poo. It’s not that bad. UPS and FedEx deliver just fine

Had 2 boxes left outside by my uncovered kitchen door , in pouring rain, instead of my front door that is covered porch. This 3rd time packages left by USPS... NOT ups or FedEx. Our postal service is worthless.

Cassandra is the nastiest person I’ve ever seen in my life. She acts towards customers as of they are the reason she is so miserable. I’ll suggest she takes that stick out of her AS and soon after she will feel much better. What a nasty, rude and arrogant sorry of a person!!!!!!I just read other reviews and other comments about her being nasty!!! Just awful.

I walked down to my mailbox today and my dogs being lunatics, and my having had a stroke four years ago, caused me to fall. The postal driver, who was a youngish black woman immediately jumped out of the truck, which was coming down the street, and checked to see if I was OK. She helped me get up and pick my glasses off the ground and just wanted to make sure I was OK. Got back in the truck, and drove off. I was very grateful.
