It was packed when rolled up in there & one of the hottest/humidity day's!!!
I showed him my 2 front tire's of which both where showing the radial on inner side on both...yikes
He said he would have to see if had that size of which I already had in hb
Wayne was like great It's gonna be a wait although we will have them switched out by closing!!!
I thanked him & told him how much I really appreciated them doing that!!!

“Friendly and a life saver for my sisters. See they were traveling from IN to VA for a funeral when one of the rims on my sister's car was cracked. The car didn't come with a spare, the dealerships didn't have the part and the part was discontinued. The tire wouldn't hold air long enough to get anywhere on time and dangerous to drive on. I called Wimmer Tire & Service, Melvin referred me to this salvage yard, but it was closed. I called the salvage yard from IN the next morning at 8am while my sisters were still 200 miles from the funeral that same day. Robert from the salvage yard asked if I had a picture of a good tire on the car. My sister sent him a picture, she then called me an hour later telling me that Robert had found her a rim that was the same size and should work, she went to go get it. Robert was awesome and a life saver this day. When you are out of town (in the Roanoke area), don't know who to call and in a need of a car part, I would suggest calling Robert at "A Price is Right Auto Parts". I am so grateful for Melvin at Wimmer Tire & Service for giving me Robert's phone number to call. May God bless you both, your business and your families. I praise God for you both bring willing to help my sister with finding the part for her car so she could get on the road again. Thank you!!”

“I was passing through Roanoke on a long trip home to Texas with a serious medical condition requiring spinal surgery. I had a nail hole with a slow leak that was drivable, losing only 1-2 psi per day. The front desk gentleman and lady took me in without hesitation and helped me patched the leak. They put me and my wife back on the roadtrip home. In contrast, The NTB-National Tire & Battery in Springfield, VA told me my tire (Honda factory installed, only 10 month old, 20K miles hwy only) was not repairable and insisted I needed a new tire. There were some people that we remembered and appreciated in life for being kind and honest, the staff at King's Tire Services in Roanoke, VA are at the top of my lists.”
“I have to say this was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. I showed up at the showroom before opening. Aaron Faust was in a little early unlocked the door and said how can I help you. Introductions were made and I asked to see a certain vehicle.
He got the keys and we walked the vehicle. I asked for a test drive and he was more than happy to accommodate. I asked him to work the best deal for when I came back. We negotiated a bit and I bought the car. I have nothing to complain about. If you are in the market for a new to you or new car contact this young man. He is honest and trustworthy. Oh, and the wife is happy with her new ride. Time spent to buy this car was less than 2 hours total.”

“I was a drop-in with a nail in my tire to check for an air leak. I did not want to pull the nail myself and have a flat in the driveway that I may not be able to plug myself.. The staff took me in right away. Located a replacement tire just in case and since the nail was at an angle which cannot be plugged. Turned out all was well. The nail was long, but did not penetrate the tire. I was good to go at no charge. An accommodating and honest staff is worth everyone's business. Go see Mr Tire, Salem, VA. ?”
“The work they did for me was good and all, i was more impressed by how they treated other customers. Three guys were working, greeting every customer immediately and politely. Two stayed in the shop while one worked the counter. However the guy working the counter would, when there was no customer to help, jump back out in the shop to help on jobs. Good work ethic, focus on the task at hand, and professionalism interacting with customers.”

“I always make an appt here and service is relatively on time. The employees are clearly well trained in customer service. They communicate well about the progress of your vehicle, and there is even a link with which you can follow the progress. The free rotation and balance is a nice bonus. They will definitely try to sell you wiper blades but they seem honest about it. Today I took my car for rotation only and was told my blades were good, so I left with $0 due. They are not pushy about it and I recognize they are doing their job. Oh and they always shine up your tires!”
