“Absolutely LOVED the service I received from Virginia Varsity Transfer. Top quality service from start to finish. I've been trying for 2 months to get my Steinway grand piano delivered from my Roanoke house to my new home in NC. I've been ripped off by one company, had a no show from another and a third that would pick it up in July but deliver it until after Labor Day. Virginia Varsity scheduled my pickup between 8:15-8:30 and to my surprise they arrived early. They were very knowledgeable about how to pack and move a grand piano and in no time, delivered it and had it set up in my new home. “We had a lot of items to move after moving my Dad out of his house. Crowning Touch was amazing. The young men that moved us were incredible. They were punctual, professional, and very very careful. Everything was wrapped and handled with the utmost of care. I have moved multiple times previously and there service and efforts were outstanding. They also didn't use all the allotted time that was estimated. At the end, they adjusted the bill to the appropriate amount of time/hours worked and the amount due was less than estimate! “We used Upack to move from New Hampshire to Virginia. The customer service at both state sites, and the main office were super helpful.Our driver that delivered our Upack trucks in Virginia was incredible! He went above and beyond to get our trailers into a convenient unloading spot.Upack was way more cost-effective than competitors. Their pay by the foot on the second trailer made it less stressful to try and fit everything into the trailer. We needed more space than we originally anticipated, so it was great that they only charge you for the space you use.Moving is a pain, so we don't plan on doing it again soon, but we would definitely use Upack for our future moving needs.”

“My friend had a building there and it was nice. The office people were really nice. Clean and dry. Only thing was she paid her rent on the 3 of the month. She closed it out and was empty and out on the 4th. She still had to pay for the whole month. But we all know it's all about the money. Still a good clean storage unit. ?”

“Last Friday, May 3, we moved after living in the same house for 34 years. We chose Dunmar to move us as a former co-worker sets up appts for them. We couldn't have made a better choice! Four strong and able-bodied gentlemen showed up ready and willing to move our treasures. They immediately shook our hands - all of them - not just the boss, Brad. After a quick walk through, they got to business and didn't stop. They wrapped everything, took down beds, everything they needed to - and with meticulous care! At the new house, we met them with lunch and drinks and a well-deserved break. They were so thankful we moved from a three story into a one floor patio home! But, again, a quick walk through to show where all the furniture would go and they were off to unload. Honestly, Brad is great at decorating too! Some of his ideas for placement were better than ours! We cannot say enough about these guys. They were friendly, professional, extremely hard working and just plain nice to work with. We would not hesitate to use this moving service again. We even invited them to please stop by to stay hi in the future!

“Convenient location to our home and my work so can stop by and pickup or dropoff on regular basis. We have rented the large storage space for several years now. Only had one issue where someone had cut off our lock. We called and found that the maintenance person had noticed some suspicious behavior and scared them off. They put the temporary lock on our unit and replaced it with a new one at no charge. Luckily nothing had been stolen or damaged. It would be nice if they installed some security cameras since they don't staff the office on a regular basis any longer.”

“I was pleased in all aspects of my using PODS, the container was clean and sturdy, the drivers were GREAT, the scheduling was perfect, except the friendly, helpful Customer Service rep taking in my order told me the wrong weight limit for the size POD I ordered and I sent the container out half full. It caused me to leave things behind and extra to move the rest.”
