Always friendly and knowledgeable service! The prices are financially reasonable, especially for the quality! The store is clean, and tidy with a positive vibe to it. I was surprised that they moved locations! I am not from the area, but when I visit I always stop! I really have to limit myself when I go here because they have quite the selection. I am pleased, and you will be pleased. Thank you Crystal Cottage!

The spot is laid out nicely - clean, spacious and inviting! They have a nice selection of crystals and minerals, along with other items - jewelry, incense, tarot cards, etc. I found both of the women working there to be friendly and welcoming. No complaints at all about the service, they were lovely!
The only drawback, in my opinion, is the pricing. I visited once when they were in the old location and prices were much more reasonable. I also absolutely understand that we're in an incredibly tough economy, and their sources may have also gone up in price. They still have reasonable prices on some items, but there's a lot that can be found elsewhere that are also sustainably sourced.
All in all, it is a lovely and inviting spot!

Absolutely loved my experience at this shop. I was purchasing items for a friend, and I do not have knowledge about crystals. The staff member who helped me was so patient with me as I asked so many questions, and made my experience personalized by making me a hand written “cheat sheet” of the crystals I purchased. I asked for specific crystals based on what a friend was going through, and felt the staff member who assisted me offer very thoughtful recommendations. The shop is also so pretty and I loved the variety of items they offer!

The staff here are always so nice and they are always offering to help. I love this shop so much! I have found some really cool crystals here and it’s definitely one of those places where I know going in that I am going to go home with at least a few new crystals (even if they weren’t the ones I was looking for). I started going here shortly after they switched stores in the mall and it has been wonderful watching them grow as a business, but they have only improved and have kept all their wonderful qualities.

I had a very positive experience. Nobody was rude. I actually had a wonderful conversation with the lady while viewing the moldavite. Some of the prices are high but it's for quality merchandise. Other things like tumbled stones are comparable to anywhere else. There are one of a kind pieces that I will be purchasing very soon.Tattoo Face

I will always love this store. I enjoy the atmosphere. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this shop for any crystals or jewlery. The owner is flat out amazing. The owner has always taken time to explain his items if any questions are had. ?❤️
