They do nice work here, keep in mind each of my appointments for manicure and pedicure took 2-3 hours.I received nail services from them 4 times and was charged $120 and gave a generous $20 tip. I was surprised to hear that when someone else came into the shop they were only charged $85. After leaving my appointment I called the shop the next day and asked for the price of the services I received and found that it was indeed $85. I texted Lee asking her why I was charged $120 and she said my pedicure was $52 and my manicure was $68. That makes no sense when I only received polish, no design, no special spa treatment — plus don’t people typically charge an even number?My guess is I was charged more possibly because of the ring in my finger? Needless to say, I’m not returning because I felt disrespected, the services take a long time, and you get lukewarm water for the pedicure with cold lotion poured on your legs. Not worth it in my opinion, I will look elsewhere.

Reported for fraud and taking money under false pretenses. Purchased gift certificate in mid July and never been able to use it. They are never open. I have been there different days -times and no one is there working. Their door and website has 10-8 but they are closed. Today is 8/30 and here at 5:00 pm. Again no one here working/closed. I am reporting as fraud since they took money for gift certificate. I want my money back so I can go elsewhere.

This place is a joke I had a gift certificate that is due to expire soon that I got for Christmas went to the place to use it today because I am going on vacation and the place doesn’t close until 8pm according the the sign on the door and I show up with my daughter about 3pm wanting to get mani/pedi for both of us only to be told to come back Monday after I told the lady twice already that I am not going to be able to come back because I am going out of town and that my gift certificate is about to expire. With that being said she should have taken us because there was one person finish get a wax and another person in front of us. So in my mind either take us or give me the money my husband spent on the gift certificate for me I don’t go to mail shops that often unless I have some type of even I am going to. I will not return or even recommend to anyone

Honestly this was one of the worst nail places I’ve been to in a long time. The massage portion for the manicure and pedicure literally lasted all of 20 seconds. The girl that did my nails was way too rough with my nail beds and made me bleed on 2 fingers, one of them she stabbed was extremely painful and still hurts the following day. I asked the Asian lady at the front to do some pretty simple nail art by hand that I brought a photo of, but she instead pushed me into doing some (cheap looking) nail stickers instead. The color of my toes and fingers didn’t match, even tho the bottle said the same colors. And she just said “oh that happens sometimes”. I have OCD so I’m really not happy that they don’t match. I had to pay full price for a pedicure and manicure even though there was almost no massage involved at all. I’m never coming back here.Services: Nail art

I Made an appointment to get dip powder & tips! when I arrived I told the lady I wanted a fresh set but she insisted I get a filling on dip which I have never had done, bc I always get a fresh set...she didnt want todo what i wanted! The Nails are un even and the service was awful then I told her that I will go elsewhere if she couldn't do what I asked she didnt even finish the service & insisted I pay $75! I will never return & I will tell everyone I know not to waste their time! if you don't want todo your job then maybe she should choose a different career pathServices: Nail cut & filing
