Not thrilled that I need a new system, but am confident that Sam will handle it the way it needs to be done.
Update: Snow interrupted our schedule, but the new unit was installed today. I went out for the evening, so it's a little early to tell how effective the new unit is, but it is functioning! That's better than the past couple of weeks with single digit lows in my area and no heat! I am confident that the morning will bring much improvement. The guys were polite, very understanding of my nosy German Shepherd, and conscientious about getting it done correctly and cleaning up afterwards. So far, so great!

Arctic Sun's staff is professional, helpful and responsive. From Victoria who answered the phone and helped us schedule an A/C service visit the same day to our technician, Frank, who was thorough, polite and explained both our A/C repair and the preventive maintenance service he completed.

No one wants to have their HVAC replaced - especially in the summer. We had to have it done and Arctic Sun did a great job and a very fair price. They provided us with a portable AC unit in our family room to keep us comfortable while they installed the new unit. I would highly recommend them - they are very caring. :)

We bought our heat pump unit from Arctic Sun and they also perform the preventative maintenance. Billy came today and did a great job of inspecting the system to make sure all was well. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend Arctic Sun highly. Always reliable.
