“My favorite post office. Nice employees, good service. Note that windows are closed on Saturday (all day) & between 2-3p on weekdays (for employees’ lunch). Does not have self-service machines, so avoid those times. Otherwise, my favorite!”
“I frequent this location because of its proximity to my place of work. This location almost always has a line, but it moves relatively quickly. The staff are always helpful and polite. I can only think of a couple times that I've been frustrated here. A majority of the time they're happy to help and quick to assist. I've been told by the staff that if you're dropping off packages that are already labeled and ready-to-go without needing a receipt, you're good to just head to the far right side of the store and drop the packages on the shorter counter with no plexiglass in front of it. No need to wait in line, which is what I'm doing 90% of the time.”
“My experience here has been infrequent, but all positive. Front line customer service folks have been polite every time, and very patient. They recently found my phone left behind just before closing time, and the next day I found it had been set aside with a note explaining where it was found etc. ... we were happily reunited. Thank you, USPS!”

“The clerk at the window was very helpful. The place was quite empty so I was quickly served. Google maps led me to the Marriott across the street. Until they fix that, Look at the address and the attached picture, and you'll find it. There are mailboxes out front and parking for USPS.”

“Sometimes the cash drawer doesn't have adequate change, but other than that, I've never had a problem here. The counter lobby is very small; it can barely accommodate three people standing in line, but that's not the employees fault. It is amusing to read other reviews featuring foreigners complaining about foreigners.....”

“No issues with this location. There is a clearly marked sign for customer-entry and another door further down that states it's for employees of USPS only. Look for the big sign above the door about 3-4 spots past the chain-link fence. As I found out today, YES, you CAN drop packages at this location as out-going mail. It's not just pick-up only.”

“I’ve been to several of the post offices in the area and this post office is the best of them all! It is the only one that I have found to have excellent customer service. Each of the postal service staff members have been extremely kind and helpful. I will only use this post office due to the customer service here…they are wonderful!”
