Never had a "bad" experience with these folks until today. My fault, I should've called first. Note to self, their posted "store hours" are NOT to be believed. Wasted trip but we sure did enjoy the drive. All for a box of bones for our dogs and the neighbor's mutts. I like to bake 'em then smoke'em. Second note to self, Not too happy about the price increase of 100% either. But all in all good folks and for our hogs, back when they processed hogs, easy offloading...............

Awesome to work with and they did an amazing job processing our beef that we bought on the hoof in Ohio and transported to Russell Meat packing. They will be our meat processor for all of our needs. The meat was packed exceptionally well and the cuts were perfect! Thank you Russell Meat Packing we will definitely be a return customer.

They certainly know how to “butcher” meat. They used every slimey butcher trick in the book. Our 90% ground beef was 70% at best. 1 inch steak... barely over half an inch. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

For the first time in 6 years I'm taking my beef to a different place. I have been disappointed the last 3 years on the way my beef was packaged. I get a longhorn killed every year due to high cholesterol and they just won't cut it extra lean even though I have asked them to. I even called back and made sure they wrote it down last year, the ground beef was still full of fat, they have really went downhill the last few years. The first few years it was processed right.

This business is very dishonest and will steal your beef if you take it there. If you don't want cheated the stay away from this place.
