Not only did Trevor and the crew fix my truck but that thing was as cleaned out and washed from top to bottom and the tires shinned! Man I tell you what, it’s rare to get service like that these days. I appreciate everything they did and they got my business and referrals for life!”

“I have to give a shoutout to Barkers Auto Salvage. I drove 1.5 hours one way to make my second purchase from them because they are such great people. They were a mom and popoperation but sadly the husband has passed away recently. I'm glad to say they are back open and doing businesses and I highly recommend them over any of the other salvage yards. They are honest with great prices and will treat you like family. I also have to give a shoutout to the gentleman that works in the yard pulling parts. I apologize for forgetting his name but he is top notch just like everyone else there.”
“Ordered oil to be shipped to my home from Peter at 10:37am. By 4pm the next day UPS had dropped it off. Didnt pay any extra for shipping. Now thats how you take care of your customers without them asking!”

“I have a background in sales management and I cringe when I have to drive onto a car dealer's lot. However, the buying experience at Ti-City Ford was made a pure pleasure by Kyle Coro and Chris Jeffries. Both men were excellent communicators and highly knowledgeable. There were no "high-pressure sales" tactics. We were allowed to make our own decision and were then guided through the purchase/finance process without a hitch. Both men have followed up since we bought the truck. These guys truly understand customer care. We couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Tri-City Ford. “This is an explanation of the previous two bad reviews. The first was a gentleman that wanted something done in the middle of the COVID pandemic (oct 2020 ) and we didn't allow customers waiting in our small office so we insisted on drop of and pick up when we finished. I'm sorry that he was upset but nobody knew how deadly COVID was at that time. The second bad review is from a person whose husband had stopped by and wanted their tire pressure checked. ( Ruthann W ) . We aren't in the tire business and not equipped to service, sell , change or test tires . The gentleman offered a $5 tip to the employee that rounded up enough equipment to check all his tires and charged the $5 to his card . I suppose when the wife (Ruthann W ) saw the $5 on their card activity she was somehow angry with us . She called our business and we had to hang up on her because of her bad , abusive language. She or her husband have never spent anything with our business except the $5 tip he gave our employee. I have no idea why she said we tried to sell items that were not necessary in the process of checking tires. To our loyal customers , thank you for your business .”
“I went in this morning for an oil change because my jeep indicated I needed one. According to my sticker, I was not due for another 2,000 miles. They immediately brought that my attention so I told them about the warning light. They checked my oil and said it looks clean and does not need changing. I appreciate them being honest and saving me money today!! I will go back when it is time for my oil change.”

“Friendly person running the place. I tried to fix something myself and when I didn't have the tools I brought it here. He got me right in, fixed it within 45 minutes and only charged $45 when I expected it to be over $100. I will return if I ever need exhaust repair.”

Went 4 a lil change & asked if they could please look at my brakes bc they have been squeaking 4 a few days& they did without charging me, & was honest in telling me I did need Front brakes soon but break pads are fine so I set up appointment for that with them. They also did my oil change very quickly in and out 15 mins and that was with a couple people ahead of me”
