“We had a pleasant experience today because of staff members at counter A and D. Not sure if it is ok to post their names. Our one year old child was more than a handful but both staff members were friendly about it. The facility seems to be a historic building and clean.”

The counter lobby is very small; it can barely accommodate three people standing in line, but that's not the employees fault. It is amusing to read other reviews featuring foreigners complaining about foreigners.....”
