wait 2 weeks for survey, wait another 4 weeks for install. Wife takes day off, with your parents in House on Hospice. Tech stops by pulls halfway down your driveway for 30 seconds then takes off without a word cause a ladder and a box needs to be moved. Tell him you can move it quickly, says hes got other customers to get to. Time you wait: 6 Weeks. Time they have for their customers: 30 seconds. Great Company if you like wasting your time. Do not recommend.

Props to Freddie and Jeremy! These guys are communicative, friendly, and professional. I especially want to thank Jeremy for everything he did for us. He ran the propane line for our new cooktop, converted it from natural gas to propane, and installed our unit seamlessly… IN SPITE OF an orifice that came cross threaded from kitchenaid’s factory, and clearance/fitment issues in our countertop. The installation issues were due to manufacturing issues and my mis-measuring, but he made us a top priority until the job was complete. He provided customer service WAY above and beyond anything we could have expected and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks Jeremy!

Had to drop off a load in their bathroom and it was encrusted in urine. If this is what you're looking to do, head up the road to Sheetz. They're cleaner.

My husband and I are extremely grateful that W.J. Lastovica fit us in and repaired our AC Unit. It was during a very hot week, around a holiday, and we called many companies. It was going to be a couple of weeks before anyone could come. We were very pleased with the prompt service and reasonable cost. Would highly recommend them.

WOW HVAC Service $$$$$First off - It took a week to get someone out for service in early April which is not the peak season for HVAC although we did have a couple hot days.I hired Wilkinson based on a friends recommendation. Clearly something has changed in their organization since my buddy used their service as I doubt he would have made the recommendation if he received the service that I did and at the cost I was billed.Plain robbery. Receipt attached. Anyone can buy R410A refrigerant on the internet. A 25lb bottle costs around $380. That is $15.20 per lb but I was billed $61.90 per lb. Now keep in mind the quoted bottle cost at $380 is what the average Joe would pay not a business with an account that consumes many bottles a year so their cost is going to be way less than the $380.Was that my only complaint?Nope, I hired Wilkinson because my system had a leak and was low on refrigerant. I am a familiar with the system and I told the tech where I knew there were leaks which was the schrader valves. The tech confirmed those leaks rather quickly and fix them easily. The tech however never stepped foot in my house to check for any additional leaks. So... am I confident the leaks are truly fixed. Nope. They probably are, but the added check in the air handler would have taken another 10 minutes. All in all the tech was here for an hour, probably less, I did not time it but it was quick easy work. I was presented with a bill for $725.05. I paid it on the spot without complaint and maintained my friendliness. For those of you who do not know. A complete brand new heat pump system comes with a freon charge and the new system is only around $3000 plus installation!!!! Had I known I might be paying $725 to fill a 12-15 year old system I might have opted to replace the system.Furthermore, I have 3 heat pumps on my house. The tech did not offer to check the other 2 systems while he was here which would have taken him no time. 1 of the systems is 12" away from the one he serviced.I had this same heat pump refilled with freon in 2019 and it only cost me $189 from a different company and they put a UV dye in the system as well. They clearly did not fix it back then so I decided to try Wilkinson.

The level of customer service from this company has been amazing. After 3 different propane companies this is by far my favorite.

I purchased the house from a previous customer of theirs. When I went to set up my account there was already one set up in my name. It was set up reoccurring which I did not agree to. First time homebuyer figuring out the bills. The next month they showed up and filled up the tank and left almost $100 invoice on my door. I called immediately but nothing to rectify the situation. I still have a bill. Guess I will pay it so it doesn’t end up impacting me in the future.

Would not deliver oil even though I gave them debit card info after agreeing to do so on phone. Coldest week in winter. Said they wanted payment on delivery only. I have history with this business, although not always great , I dont owe them. Had them service unit 2 days prior to trying to get oil. Karma rules.
