“I went in to buy a bag of chips and a couple Gatorades. The owner who was working the counter rang up the Gatorade at 2 for $6 instead of the 2 for $5 that is being promoted. I didn't catch his mistake. He did and stopped the transaction and rang it up correctly. I appreciate his honesty and if I lived near here this would be the only gas station I would visit.”
“They have a wide variety of food already cooked and ready to serve. We wanted cheeseburgers all the way so we waited until they were cooked. There's a wide variety of snacks, drinks, and other things. They remodeled and it's nice. There are tables and chairs if you want to sit and wait until your order is ready or if you want to eat inside.”
“We just love Love's... It's always nice to see the great big heart and pull in for a treat. Three people there were wonderful... We had a great visit and collected some nice keepsake memory tokens for the kids. We most definitely will be coming back when we go back to Virginia and we certainly will recommend it to everyone... Convenience store staff are always friendly, products are pretty standard and the bathrooms are typical for a small gas station. (Cold water only, lock in doorknob is broken, sliding bolt screwed onto door.”

“Pharmacist on duty . Sorry I missed his name Africa American pharm D. You know who you are. You were on duty 2/20/23.7.30pm He was full of empathy. Things were very busy in the back but he was non judgmental, took my prescriptions and told me it would be ready in 20 mins..and he was right. I have switched to Walgreens. He is not lazy. I am in healthcare as well and I know it can be hectic in the back as sometimes pharmacists dont even get a lunch break. The ladies working with him were very profesional as well. Rite aid needs training from you guys”

“First we had a bad hose and they came out within 20 minutes to replace it. Second, we needed a longer hose for the same pump because they didn't carry the long one in stock and I said, if we need the longer one we'll just have to do another service call. Within an hour they were here to do the job. GREAT JOB!!”
