Very disappointed in this Branch. We went in to apply for a debt consolidation loan. The lender didn’t close the door for privacy, she talked to a few customers that came to the door. Then waited for 2 hours and were denied. I even said we could leave and come back Saturday morning. The lender kept saying it shouldn’t take much longer. What a waste of time.

I was able to make a savings account in no time and the ATM is right next to some restaurants and a liquor store which is great placement!!! Love it here 10/10

Purchased Gap insurance from them Dec 2021 sold the vehicle July 2022 was informed would get some of my gap back signed the gap refund paperwork in this office with Anne Mayo and Katie Blanton and neither were decent enough to tell me that langley doesn't refund gap they are the only company that doesn't refund you it if you no longer own the vehicle. Why even have the forms if you know your company doesn't refund it. Thats unprofessional and deceitful. Ive waited over a month was told id be refunded and money would go into my account only to find out nope langley doesn't do gap refund. If it wasnt for the no wait early pay deposit id be gone.

When you have an urgent need, they’re 20+ minutes of hold time away, and then they’re useless…When you don’t need them, they cancel your transaction and block your card. ( just in case )

I love my Langley Federal Credit Union experiences. They are my family. My favorites are Elaine, Erica, Joan, Gorgette and Alaina. They all have outstanding customer Service. Elaine is awesome and has helped me tremendously when my account has been compromised. Alaina hasbeen amazing when I need to access funds from my retirement account. When I walk in the door everyone welcomes me by name. I love those ladies and my Credit Union. Keep up the good work.

I absolutely love the staff, Ms. Erica is my girl. She always has a smile on her face and very pleasant. She also knows how to communicate while getting the transactions done quickly. She is just the person I tend to see more often but their are others. Not once have I had a problem with anyone. I've been pleased with the service at the CARROLLTON, VA bank. ?Thanks guys for all you do!

Do not keep your money with Langley if you are an international traveler. I placed a travel notice on my account months in advance of a trip to Japan, and even checked to make sure it was in place before I left. Neither time was I informed I would only be allowed to withdraw $205.00 from my account per day. When the hotel bill came out to $207.68, both of my cards were declined due to this limit. I was forced to use my companion's card from Navy Federal, a real bank unlike Langley that doesn't have a withdrawal limit, to pay for my hotel. To add insult to injury, Langley has no 24 hour support. This meant I had to wait until 10 P.M. local time in Japan to call. After this call I was only informed that there was nothing they could do about the limit. Of you travel at all, take your money to a real bank with nationwide support.
