“Once again "Nat " McGinness went way above and far beyond to ensure my credit situation was handled satisfactorily. I can't thank her enough, she made me feel so important,yes,I have been in the bank when there's a long line and only 2 tellers,but since I don't have a appointment and realize staffing is bad everywhere, I just wait, I also realize the people in the back that may not be busy are working in a different area ,I realized working at my job, that when people need help and see you standing around or talking, you have to take a minute to let them know you don't work the area, you're not ignoring them and someone will be with them as soon as possible, this is why most supervisor's don't want you around the work area when you're not working.
