I watch the mail person drive by the house ,and drive by all the neighbors houses and deliver no mail whatsoever.the mail is showing many, many ,days behind.i see them swing back by around 5:30,after seeing the mail person go by at12:30,and still not deliver any mail ,to anyone!

I have to give a shout out to Ginger, an employee at Cana, VA post office for going above and beyond to get my Priority Express package (medicine, without which i would've been in trouble) to me, after it appeared that it was going to be a whole day late. She managed to convince someone in Roanoke to personally drive the package to my mailbox that same day! Employees like these, who really care about their customers, are outstanding, in my opinion, and deserve to be recognized! Thanks Ginger!
