Stood at customer service for 15 minutes along with 3 other customers. Rang the bell, apparently that's just for show.

Toilets were absolutely nasty no one cleaned that stuff in weeks... all of the toilet paper was out, toilet seats are gross, towel dispenser has been broken for a month at least
