This branch is incapable of providing service to customers. First they require an appointment to speak with.a "Banker". How do I make the appointment? Their info is to call the branch--but they never answer the phones. Could go online--no, they have limited options for scheduling an appointment (including opening a new account) but I need to talk with someone re another matter so I can't make an appointment online. So I drive to the branch in an attempt to speak with someone--their response is make an appointment--I've tried! A complete clown show

I dropped my WF credit card, and a kind soul turned it in to Jackie at the WF branch in the shopping center I was in. Jackie went way above and beyond, tracking me down to let me know, reaching me before I made it home. She told me one of her long time clients turned it in. With Christmas a couple days away, it could have been a disaster if she had just cancelled it without letting me know. Wish I could thank Jackie’s client, too, who saved me from unauthorized use. My WF branch closed recently, and I just found my new home branch. Thanks Jackie and WF. I really appreciate what you did.

I've had great experiences at the Burke Wells Fargo Bank; the staff there are a pleasure to work with and always have a smile. They are friendly and good at what they do and always delivery a satisfying result. They make you feel welcomed and are happy to assist you with what you need; I always leave there with a smile.

Be aware, if you open an account, you need cash otherwise your account will be on hold for around two weeks and you could not use your money, they tell you that all is explained in the documents given to you, how many people sits down to read the documents and how many people would think in the many things that could create an issue with your money. Bad service, bad bad, ask many questions otherwise the answer will be: is all in the papers we gave you.

This branch is historically not prepared first thing in the morning. Late opening up the drive thru late having available employees to handle simple customer transactions. If your time isn't important to you then this is the Branch for you.

Always a hassle working with this bank. It's a reflection as a whole, on bigger Wells Fargo. It has difficulty doing any task outside of standard banking. I just drove down the street and handled it at Navy Federal...5 minutes, no hassle. Can do attitudes at Navy as opposed to the indifferent attitude at Wells Fargo.

I don't know if this person works locally or not, but I just had a great experience with a person named Shakina (hope I spelled that right)- I had an iTunes trial posted and was opting out of the trial period, but to no avail on the Apple website was I able to delete the ongoing period. I explained the situation to Shakina and she immediately blocked any further (or any) charges on my account going forward- she was precise, accurate, and very courteous- I hope we all can use her as a reference to dealing with people on a daily basis! Excellent customer service. Walked in and was greeted right away. Moe assisted me with opening my account and was so comfortable speaking with him. Was very informative about all the promotions going on and wanted to say thank you again for the Starbucks, you're awesome!!!

The Burke Centre branch is the most efficiently run bank I have ever dealt with. The manager, Jackie, is a great asset to the smooth operation. I always see a smile on her face as well as the other employees of that branch. The atmosphere is warm and friendly from every person working there. A compliment to Wells Fargo for picking such a friendly and efficient group of people to wait on customers. The coffee is always good too.

My disabled daughter passed away so I needed to close her bank account. The woman banker at this branch made a bad situation even worse for me. She had no idea how to close the account, telling me she couldn't close it for me and I would have to contact someone at WF to close it. I was so upset when I left this branch that I immediately called WF customer service. The customer rep I spoke with suggested I go to the Springfield branch and that they should be able to help me close the account. She was at a loss as to why the Burke branch wasn't able to help me. The branch manager at the Springfield WF was wonderful and she helped me close the account that day. The Burke branch needs to retrain their staff because there were three non-tellers there that day and NONE of them knew what to do and they refused to call anyone else at WF for help, telling me they couldn't close the account at the branch so them making a call wouldn't do any good. Absolutely incompetent!
