I've had great experiences at the Burke Wells Fargo Bank; the staff there are a pleasure to work with and always have a smile. They are friendly and good at what they do and always delivery a satisfying result. They make you feel welcomed and are happy to assist you with what you need; I always leave there with a smile.

Tellers act like they’re forced to work here against their will. Good luck getting any other than a basic deposit or withdraw done.

Bankers do not care of customers who are waiting. They did not seem to value customers’ valuable time. Very poor customer service.
