I have asthma I had to buy an inhaler on 1/10 . It took a while and the Walmart pharmacy was busy but it was right by the doctor and I needed the inhaler now so I got it. The people were friendly and helpful. 200 puff inhaler in hand I went home. 1/15 with 170 puffs left it stopped working so I went back for help . I was told that they were not responsible for the inhaler once it was opened. How could I know it wouldn't work after such a short time unless it was opened. So I said I would pay just get me another and handed them my insurance card. They said I needed to pay $89.00 cash ,$50.00 more than before and that insurance wouldn't pay for a second. They said they could call my insurance to see what they could do but it was getting late and they were closing in 45 minutes. I might have to come back tomorrow. I just thought that was pretty special and people might want to know.

did a quick shop and thought I could send money of $250.00 through western union..a govt issued ID with a po box and passport are not accepted..pulled up a bill online not accepted..what the heck?! because I do online for most things , I just went home and did online, only thing required was an email address..a piece of advice for the current manager, before saying no, look into the matter or at least offer to look into the matter and call me back..and when I ask for your managers work number don't give me the stores number..this manager is rude and unprofessional..also, walmart does not have android pay..credit card or dollars are the only accepted means to pay..hey walmart, you are falling behind the times..

I used to shop here a lot but not so much anymore as the employees are not helpful and can be rude. This store needs new management due several issues.*Shelf price does not match what I pay at the register*On some things they have product but not on faster selling items.*Do not go into store to purchases beer or (alcohol- products)on the weekend as this store will most likely be out of stock on what your looking to purchase.*I did finally talk with one of the associates asking if he could check in the back for something the store was out of stock in automotive department and he said they had some but I had to return tomorrow he was not able to get it from the back room.*Walmart is not the store it was 10 years ago. stores are very mismanaged. This store needs to train its personal along with management.

I wish I could give ZERO stars and people would STOP shopping at all Walmarts!! They're customer service is THE WORSE!! When I called to gain clarification from the manager after reading online policy after I left the store (when I tried to exchange she told me I had to do it at the store I bought it at only, so I just left) she refused to get a manager or give me her name. They refused to let me speak to a manager or for one for me when I was having an issue. Stated Walmart policy is they DO NOT exchange ONLY return when it clearly states they DO EXCHANGE items, especially defective items purchased in store you EXCHANGE FOR SAME EXACT ITEM-per walmart policy which the customer service person informed me they DO NOT EXCHANGE AT ALL! I contacted corporate to report this and was also hung up on and then finally got to speak to a supervisor who informed me they should have even exchanged it for me and then put the ones I had in defective pile. I will go back tomorrow with my case number corporate gave me and speak to manager regarding the issue.

Be extremely cautious using their self-checkout system. It will ask you whether or not you want a printed receipt. ALWAYS GET A PRINTED RECEIPT. Walmart has a track record of accusing people who mistakenly forget to scan an item, or for whom the system did not register an item, of theft. If you do not have a printed receipt, you will have no way of defending yourself. ALWAYS COMPARE THE ITEMS TO WHAT IS LISTED ON THE RECEIPT BEFORE YOU WALK OUT THE DOOR. They never answer the phones so you'll never be able to ask questions without going to the physical store location.The store manager Mohammed is completely unprofessional and rude. He will not help you and does not care enough to offer the most basic customer service.It's filthy inside, but hey, isn't every Wal Mart?If you'd like your questions answered in English, good luck! Most of the employees don't speak it.Just go to Target. It's right next door.

This Walmart location is not bad at all. It was clean. The bathrooms were pretty good and floors were shiny. There were some disorganized places such as different sized clothes on the same rack. The employees are very polite and helpful. Their service is satisfactory. The atmosphere was very good because the staff were polite. It is also accessible. There are parking spaces and stalls. They care about all customers there. If there is a Walmart location to go. It is this one.

Walmart is a great place to get anything you need without having to go far! Things are always available at low and affordable prices and I especially love how they have a craft and sewing section! It's always very convenient to grab the few items I need and be out quickly without having to go to multiple stores. They have a friendly staff and quick and easy self checkout stations. Walmart is one of my favorite places to shop!

We love our local Walmart! It is always clean, well stocked and the staff is marvelous! It was recently remodeled and looks amazing! The checkout lines used to be very long but with the remodel they've added many new self checkouts and the lines are very short or non existent. Self checkout is usually a hassle but Walmart has one or two employees strolling the area ready and willing to help if something malfunctions or gets scanned twice! Overall this store is fantastic! I have had nothing but great experiences here!

I need the management team to recognize Singh for his professionalism and his ability to go above and beyond the call of duty for his guests. After calling multiple other Walmarts in the area. I called burke and he answered the phone very politely. He looked for the bicycle my son wanted for his birthday present and he was able to put a hold on the item. I had my husband go pick it up within the hour. Thank you, Singh!!!! I hope you do well in the future and what you do in life.

Terrible store. I ordered a Philips Blu-ray player on Dec 1 when my player broke online for pickup in store. They claimed it was in stock and would be ready in about an hour. At 1 hour I get notifIed it's out of stock and will take 5 days to arrive. I immediately cancel the order. They refuse to process the cancellation. They notify me it's arrived and ready for pickup. I chat online wIth them that I bought from another store. They say they cannot do anything that I must call the local store. Local store doesn't answer the phone EVER. I file a credit card dispute for the item I never picked up. Walmart fights the dIspute. I will never buy another item from Walmart. It's not worth this frustration

I was in Walmart last evening and was looking for an innocuous item, namely moth balls. The store has been remodeled and it makes it very difficult to navigate. Whoever organized the aisles must have some type of ADHD. No rhyme or reason to where they put stuff. So I was looking for moth balls and the lady I spoke with could not understand me and she was thinking I was looking for light bulbs. Try pantomiming moth balls. Anyway along came Earl; he is a modest guy who is most helpful and kind. He is also patient today and very customer-focused. He took time from what he was doing to help me navigate the chaos of the new Walmart to find my mothballs. Workers like him truly make a difference in this store.
