Chose not to go to this place when I came in and asked for a price list. They said that they would quote me the price. Maybe this is how business is done in Northern Virginia, but the lack of a price list does not give me confidence that I will get the same price as others.

The worst, rude when I addressed that the work in my $500 dress was not done as promised. The lady at the front desk said she was the "manager" and her name was "Janice". My dress came back butchered, unclean and unpressed! Seems like this has happened to others in the past before and they keep getting away with it. Please reach out to me if this happens to you, looks like there is a good basis for starting a law suit.

Friendly staff. Dry cleaning & alterations have always been done well (last 8 yrs). They just cut and hemmed custom curtains for me. Love them.

Dry cleaning does not clean my suits, suits come back as if they did nothing. Will not return.

Unfortunately, I am no longer a customer here. Took in a couple of new suits for dry cleaning and a small patch job; received the suits with various threads pulled out like they were not properly handled. Paid, got home and took suits out of hangers only to find out no patch job completed. Took back to the shop and explained to the employee the patch job was not completed but I was charged for it. She attempted to counter me saying it was a different patch job and tried charging me again but i refused and kindly explained to her I specifically pointed out the location when I dropped off the first time. She demonstrated her frustration, but decided not to charge me. Had taken a couple of other outfits for dry cleaning there before above mentioned incident and received clothes back like they had been roughly handled-threads pulled out in several locations. Not sure if they use a separate outsourced company to dry clean, but they will continue to lose business if they maintain same practices.

Terrible quality control for dry cleaning an even worse for alterations and they are higher priced than other cleaners in the area. I had some alterations done, they charged me more than what the item cost to buy, they screwed them up three times and I finally accepted the shoddy workmanship just to get my garment back. I am never bringing in alterations here. On dry cleaning, they often fold over and iron folded sleeves and collars. Despite bringing it to their attention, the practice persists. Who wants to go to work with poorly ironed clothes? If I have to fix the collar and the sleeve at home, why am I paying them to iron them? I might as well do it all myself. Lately, they don't even answer their phone anymore. It goes straight to voicemail and nobody returns a call.

There was a change in management last year and this place is now a complete disaster. They have shrunk several items but that’s not the worst of it. DO NOT bring alterations here. They don’t listen and don’t do what you ask. I brought in a blazer that needed to have the arms shortened. The seamstress said they would shorten them from the shoulders. I clearly said “NO” and said to hem the sleeves. There was no indication of a lack of understanding and “no” is pretty straightforward. Well, I got the blazer back and they altered it at the shoulders. It no longer fits me through the shoulders and is ruined. I paid $35 for them to ruin my blazer - not to mention what I paid for the blazer! I won’t bother going back there because I know they won’t take responsibility. We’ve been going there since 2003 and we are done.

Great cleaners, and great alterations as well. Friendly and efficient. And to Dennis Orellana, "ruined MY $600 suit", sounds like they did you a favor. Get a better suit!

This is place is awesome. The employees are extremely nice, and very good at what they do! I work really long hours and cannot pickup dry cleaning after work. They are very accommodating with me and always have my dry cleaning ready the next day! They even stayed open late when I was traveling and couldn’t make it in before 7:00 pm, which no other business would ever do! I will be going here from now on and recommend this place very highly!!!

both my 600$ suits had cuts on them. i spoke to agent at store and was not helpful nor did she even apologize. i called the store over and over to speak to manager or owner to see if my suit could be fixed but no one offered to help nor respond back.

WORST CLEANERS EVER!!! Ruined MY $600 suit and did not want to offer any kind of restitution. I spend hundreds of dollars monthly on dry cleaning and this is by far the worst place I've ever been.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE!

They have a very welcoming atmosphere and do a really great job with their services. I have been going to them for years to get shirts dry-cleaned and the prices are reasonable.
