Check every letter and number on the confirmation screen carefully. You’re responsible when UPS intentionally changes your destination zip code without telling you. It won’t matter that the correct address is still on the package or that UPS admits they did it.

There are so many businesses and people who do not give the kind of excellent service my husband and I experienced yesterday at the Burke UPS store. I had a number of returns to make to Amazon and I chose to do it through this particular UPS store in Burke as we have always been pleased with our service there. My husband at 84 has asthma & COPD and can’t exert himself as it makes it difficult to breathe. I am 80 and fell a few days ago. I thought I just had a sprained ankle but 2 days later discovered I had a fracture. So I called this store and spoke to a delightful young man named JD. He said to come by and he would facilitate getting my returns into the store for us from our car. And as promised, I called when we got there and JD said he would be out in 5 minutes. I told him I could see he was busy (at least 5 or 6 more clients arrived right after we did) but he assured me it would be no problem. Sure enough, within a very short time, he came out and took my returns from the back seat and said he would be right back with our receipt. I could not have asked for better service anywhere. If we could not get that help, we might have missed the return deadline. Thanks again, JD.

I stop in from time to time to quickly ship or print. Today I visited and the gentleman who assisted me ensured my documents printed when I was running into challenges and was on a time crunch. I appreciate his willingness to help and customer care. I didn't catch his name but it was a real delight working with him today. Thank you again.

My cousin recently shipped a set of dishes for 8 people to me from the UPS Burke Center Parkway location. They were packed and shipped to me across country to California, arriving in perfect condition. I could not be more pleased by the professional service I received. Thank you!

Visited the store for notary, trying to print by using the UPS computer, asked for help after paying. The guy came, restarted the computer, and now they're demanding payment again for the same service. I declined to pay the additional fee and went to another store near GMU. Dissatisfied with the service.

First let me start with this - The employees are typically very polite, courteous, and efficient. That said my displeasure has nothing to do with them, but with the store policy that they have to enforce. The owner of the store sees fit to charge three dollars to print one page. If you forget a mailing label, they ask you for three dollars or force you to drive home wasting your time and gas. It’s an obscenely high price, and rather than gouging your customers maybe just don’t offer that service. It would be less irritating.

I came on Saturday evening around 5p.m. I had two huge and heavy boxes that I took out from my car that I first parked by the doors and entered the store while some customer was exiting and she even held the door for me. There were still people at the register by that time. I put the boxes on the floor and left my kid next to them and quickly stepped out to re-park my car. When I came back I found my boxes outside on the street, my kid still in store. I got confused and I couldn’t open the door, it was locked. My kid opened the door to me I came inside and the employee started telling me that service they were closed and they wouldn’t take my packages. Frankly, I didn’t even know that the store was closing at 5.I understand they worked hard and really wanted to go home but why throwing the packages away? If that “important” employee politely explained me that they couldn’t process packages because it was 5 pm I would have probably left quietly. The customer who was inside advised me to go to Staples and that I would be able to leave my packages there. Never expected to face this kind of Servise .

The staff at this store can always be relied upon to be helpful, friendly and able to solve whatever challenge you place before them. I use them a lot for their notary public services, and it's important to me that they always have someone there who is able to do that. Never once have I had them say, Oh, yeah, George can do that but he's at lunch. Yesterday we went there to drop off two large boxes with return labels and the young man who served us was very friendly and knew just what to do. He even made sure the boxes had extra tape on them so they would ship safely, which was important to us. When we got there, a line had formed, but the staff quickly came in and got everyone taken care of and on their way.
