I have struggled with my hair journey. Constantly being told I shouldn't or couldn't do what I want with my hair because I shouldn't change my natural red color. But then I connected with Lauren and she helped me. She let me feel like my hair was MY hair again. We have done fun fashion colors and funky hair cuts and I feel like I can finally express myself. The W Salon is amazing! Thank you Lauren!!!

Very mixed results over the past year. My son got a wolf cut by Yea and was really pleased. I got a cut almost a year ago by Sunnie. I asked for a trim and to get the back texturized (thinned out). I ended with an uneven non-texturized undercut. I went back to get it fixed and she didn’t fix the undercut and still looked bad. I had to find another salon to get it fixed and lost 6” of hair in the process. I recently tried again and went with Nargis. I asked for a trim a few long wispy layers. I ended up with choppy layers and an almost-mullet (pic attached). I went back to get it fixed by Tatiana and she did a decent job. It may have been a better cut but she could only do so much with how messed up my hair was. She suggested waiting 2 months for the layers to grow out more before getting another cut. I lost about 5” of length total when what I wanted initially was a trim. The staff is very friendly, especially the front desk staff and the hair washers. I do appreciate that they tried to make things right after my bad haircuts. I hate giving bad reviews but felt I needed to warn others to proceed with caution.

I had an appointment at W Salon with Jing Soo. I got to the salon at 2:15. They called and left me a voice message 2:13 to cancel my appointment.
I was talking to the lady at the front desk, and they told me to have a seat and that they would get the stylist. I waited 20 minutes, and they returned and said she was not feeling good enough to cut my hair. I took off from work, and I drove 30 minutes to get to the salon. They had no decency to ask if someone else could cut my hair or if they could schedule another appointment for me.
It is very unprofessional and disappointing to treat a customer like that. She could have come and talked to me to set up an appointment for another time

Curly sisters beware! I literally have never written a review online but I felt I needed to this time. I went to W Salon and had the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. I had a long discussion with Nargis about how my curly hair works best. She is nice but decided she knew what would look best for my hair. Despite me asking for long layers, not short, and to keep the length, she cut my hair so short with so many layers that it sticks out everywhere and looks awful. Like wanting to cry every time I look in a mirror awful. It will take 4 months at least to grow out enough to look decent. You do NOT want to go to W Salon if you have curly hair!!!

Nargis has been my stylist for over 8 years. She listens to how I want my hair cut and provides advice when needed. You can tell that she takes her time to cut and style my hair. She has colored my hair and has colored my daughter’s hair prior to her wedding. If you want someone who is knowledgeable and cuts/colors hair like an artist, go to Nargis!

I found this place on Google I was in the area and wanted to get my hair trimmed so I walked in to see if they take walk-ins, I was excited that they did and took me right away. I had about a half inch trimmed off the bottom on dry hair (no hair wash and dry) I was in the chair less than 20 mins when it was time to pay it was $80.00, I wanted to push back but I needed to leave for a client appointment this was the most expensive trim I have ever gotten. The stylist was very sweet, but at that price I cannot go back. Just a small bit of advice ask what the cost is before committing!

Excellent service!!! I would highly recommend it. I have seeing Vicki, my stylist for a couple of years...I have curly hair and she knows exactly how to cut and style my natural curls.

Curly hair extraordinaire = Vicky! I loved how kind & personable she was. I’m also so happy with my dry curly cut. She catered to my needs as well as I have many allergens and just wanted a cut without products added. She’s great!
