I was unable to resolve problem accessing Gmail on my computer due to Google constantly asking me to re-set my password. Shawn resolved the problem promptly and I am now happy to seamlessly use Gmail on my computer without any problem.

I have used TechMedx for over 10 years. It's probably closer to 15. They were recommended to me and I have recommended them to others. Shawn and Dawn are the best and friendliest people to deal with. My problems are always answered quickly. They know so much about all things computer. I highly recommend them. Don't delay - call them now!!

Shawn did a great job in reconnecting the cable system with my TV and DVD drive. He also suggested that I use an old Logitech keyboard instead of a new Dell keyboard w/my iMac. That worked out better than I thought, especially given that the Logitech keyboard is wireless while the old Dell keyboard was wired. Hooray, I'm set for a weekend of fun!

Shawn and Dawn are a formidable duo from the initial contact to the finished product (a TechMedX computer) or service. I've paid other tech companies for their "services." Had a potential virus just before Thanksgiving, TechMedX came out during the holidays, checked the problem, installed a printer, and answered a few miscellaneous question to boot. Very satisfied.

We love TechMedX! We have used them for several years. We are retired and elderly and find them very supportive of our needs. They are prompt and responsive to our needs. We are not very tech savvy but find Shawn and Dawn are very quick to assist us with our technical needs even to the point of explaining new technology. We highly recommend TechMedX!

I have been a client of Shawn's for a dozen years or more. We have gone through four computers together. Shawn has never met a problem he couldn't handle, and I love how he teaches you as he goes. Not only does your problem get fixed, but you learn something in the process. I have no reason to look for anybody else.

Prior to building my computer and back up system, Tech Medx spent time learning about my current computer and the capabilities and functions I needed in my new system. The work was delivered on time and has been exactly what I needed after many years struggling with other systems. After so many years of struggling with Dell sales persons and equipment, I finally work and process my photographs quickly and without hiccups. I highly recommend this company for all computer and technology needs.

These folks are indispensable! I started using their service about 10 years ago, and they have always come through for me. I moved from VA to NC about 4 years ago and have been very happy I carried their service with me. They are highly skilled and knowledgeable, responsive, fast--and inexpensive for what they provide.
