I would have given no stars if that had been an option. They missed two of my tests despite the fact they were clearly on the order and the response to my contacting about it was "I should look on the lab results" Incompetent and insulting.

For many years I had good experiences at this location. But in recent years the lab tech/front desk person (always the same technician) has been uncaring, unaccommodating and at times nearly hostile. And there have been basic sanitary mistakes that even I noticed, as well as comprehension problems that might result in misunderstandings. Yes, she draws blood quickly. But her poor, unfriendly attitude overshadows any otherwise good technical skills. Too bad I have to go to other locations to get good, friendly service.

Carmen is the absolute best in the business. I have been going to her for years and can say that no one does it better. Most of the time I never feel the needle; when she is done there is only a tiny blood spot to bandage; and by the next day I can't tell where she drew the sample. You will be delighted you used her facility.

After reading reviews on where to get blood drawn, I decided upon Carmen at Sunrise. Carmen lived up to her reputation. Carmen was a one stick wonder. At Labcorp, I left with bruises up and down my arms from multiple sticks and bleeding out. She felt my arm and knew exactly where to hit the vein. She is the gold standard as far as I’m concerned and will come back to her.

Thank goodness I read all the reviews on Google maps before I chose this sunrise facility. I got there a little after 9 AM, I was the only one there, gave my drivers ID and insurance card and went into a room, gave my blood and I was out of there in 10 minutes max.It’s on the second level, and certainly would come here again, even though it was several minutes out of my way.

This lab Was clean. It is an older faculty. I have had the pleasure of meeting Ms Carmen twice. If you are nice to someone, they will return it. She is a sweetheart. Excellent tech. She knows her stuff. In and out both times in 10 minutes. Will be back, if need be.

I was in and out in 10 minutes, Carmen was very nice and helpful and I could barely feel a thing (and I hate needles)! No appointment needed. I would come here again!

This place was so fast and efficient! I’ve waited for hours before at the labcorp inside Safeway, so I’m very happy to have discovered this place. The lady who runs it is very sweet as well! Will definitely be going here every time I need lab services!

I have to agree with M White's review on this one. The technician was great when it came to drawing blood, but extremely unfriendly (borderline combative). She may have missed her calling at the DMV. Will not be returning

This has been my lab for several years now. Carmen is simply the best. I’m a hard stick, my veins collapse and hide. Before finding Carmen I would always come back (from other places) with several holes in both arms and back of hands that would turn into nasty blotches afterwards. She is a miracle worker. On needle, all it takes. Excellent service, fast results.

Have always been happy with the service at this office; they are efficient and know how to draw blood without leaving you marked up or black and blue. Early AM when they open up and you are in and out ina breeze; no appointment necessary!
