Paid for a car wash but it didn’t work. Went inside told the employee and he said there was nothing he could do. Obvious language barrier.

The car wash is awful! Doesn’t get all the soap washed off, doesn’t fully dry you car. Not sure if it’s broken, but not worth your money.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The car wash line is less clear than mud. The manager (I think) came out to yell at us who were incorrectly in line and he was so intimidating that I had a full-on panic attack that I'm only just starting to come down from. It's also expensive here.

The pumps don't always work and the person working there this morning was quite rude. When you are is the service industry, try saying "You're welcome" when someone says "Thank you." Being polite takes no effort and it makes a difference. I won't go back to this station.

If you want a car wash and have a truck or SUV don't bother. They don't want your business as your vehicle is too big for their carwash

They can kiss my bumper. Granted they don't have a garage, which is where gas stations tend to make the most money. I understand it's a business, but thanks to capitalism, have only had to go here when the tank is on empty. I'll get a gallon or two, then go to another station. The prices here are always more. That's on them, and great they have a car wash. I prefer a real one, where people clean the interior a bit.The employees here are nice people. Their convenience store is also overpriced. I hope they will lower their exorbitant prices, or customers stop rolling in here other than for a quick filling of a gallon or two. It is a clean and well illuminated spot, but best to drive a few miles to save 30 cents or more per gallon.

Worst car wash on earth. They have no business charging what they do for what they call a car wash. $1 would be too much. You literally leave and your car is covered in soap

Worst customer service ever!!! I paid for the ultra car wash ($16) and their cash machine didn’t return the change($4). When I went inside the service station, the lady was very confrontational and rude. Shell should review this as this would impact their brand.

Worst car wash and customer service ever!Car wash did not even wash the back of the car in front of me… so I didn’t have high expectations. It lacked enough water and pressure to rinse the soap off.

Don't waste your money with the worst customer service. Also don't follow the written instructions (wait for red light to stop) because they will yell at you. Most of the pollen in my roof was not removed and after the wash my car actually has a bad smell. Worst experience ever.

It's OK for gas. Car wash is a spinner strip wash, but lacks water and pressure and is very short timed, car was not fully rinsed.

The car wash is a total waste it didn’t clean the dirt off my car at all and I had go through a different car wash to get the car cleaned .

They’re fine for just gas, but when I got a car wash my car came out dirtier than when it went in!
