“It’s a little bit expensive here, but pretty much everything is expensive in Northern Virginia. It feels very safe. There are lots of security cameras and other security measures in place. The front desk is staffed a lot of hours each week. It seems very clean unlike other storage unit facilities in Northern Virginia which may have crickets in the storage units, and may have rats or mice on the grounds of the property. I paid extra for the air-conditioned storage unit, and I have to say it was worth the extra money because it kept everything in good condition and nothing melted etc. I would recommend this storage unit facility.”

“I worked with Alonzo in getting a unit setup. He worked quickly and even tried to get me a better price through online registration. Took me on a tour and set everything up within 10 mins. The facility was clean and had multiple entrances making it easier to not get bunched up at the same door/elevator. It also had a loading doc for movers and carts to use.”

He even showed me the stairs leading to an upstairs unit since I was worried about climbing too many stairs.
