My wife’s purse was taken from the shopping cart. When she went to the front desk to ask for help, they didn’t show any interest in helping and try to fully disregard the issue, they even said they are not responsible for anything that happens inside the store and people must be more careful with their belongings at all times. I am wondering did it happen to someone else already? Will this happen to many more people? I think the store management must to something about this to prevent it from happening again. I bought 29 dolar slippers from Ross in Burke. Within a week of wearing them, friction injured my foot.
I had no receipt but i had my credit card that I used. I was fine with store credit for a return. But cashier would do nothing but call the store manager. This is my first experience with the manager (Ofelia). All Ofelia gave me was a refusal to accept the item for store credit, and presented me with extraordinary rude, aggressive and offensive behavior. If you have a blood presure problem and need help in this store don't call manager.
Can not recommend this store due to unprofessional staff.

The laziest staff I ever encountered. Im a former retail employee of another location and we never tell the customer that we cannot find the other pair of the shoe for you simply because we don’t have the time. Why do you work here if you don’t have the time.

Poor customer service. I asked a simple question for resolving an issue with their policy & the cashier was aggressive in her response, assuring me she was trying to help me without actually answering my question. It was as if she was anticipating me having an attitude, so she wasn’t listening & I never did. I remained calm never received the assistance I deserved.

Usually this location has less selection than other Ross stores, but it is kept very clean and organized. The check out is normally pretty fast, no gigantic lines like at other Ross stores.
