Check in was very easy. Nurse was waiting for me. She was professional and courteous. I was done within few minutes.

Somehow my reservation was not in the system but the staff was great. They asked me to take a seat and they would fit me in. I probably only waited 2-3 minutes. Couldn't be happier. Great job!

Checked in, waited 45 min, then my name disappeared from the standby list. Was told to check in again, at which point I would end up at the back of the line again. Ridiculous.

Extremely Convenient! Small area in side the Burke Safeway with private room to draw blood. I Made my appointment online for the time I wanted. I received text messages that told me were to go and how to sign in. I will always use this facility in the future. The Technician was outstanding. She was friendly and efficient.

Phlebotomist was rude to a different customer and made fun of her after she left.

The lab tech was extremely rude and screechy.
It was a young woman . She never said hello or I,ll be with you. She scolded me for not signing in correctly in a very loud voice. I told her I was going somewhere else and she said "good". I asked for her name and she turned her back on me and said in an insulting way "have a nice day". She would not answer my question. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. She works at the Burke Center Quest inside Safeway. I was there at 2:30 Friday Feb 16. She should not work with the public.

Even if I could just give this place a "0" star rating, I wouldn't suggest using its services. The room was vacant when I got there at 0745 for a drug test. The website advised that it opened at 0700.
I've arrived and there isn't an employee in sight. Note: There is a sign-in process. Yet, you won't know this is required if there are no employees in sight when you arrive. When I finally got up from my chair and walked to the desk after being seated for 15 minutes, at 0800, there was a worker talking on the phone in another room right to the left of the desk. Yes, the Hispanic woman who was on her cell phone offered to help me with the sign-in process as soon as she saw me.
Despite contacting them to make sure it was open and they took walk-ins, I arrived at the site on Friday, January 19, during the snowstorm, to discover it was closed. It should have been my FIRST, sign that this was a horrible location.
NOTE: Make an appointment if you need to take a drug test. The reporting instructions DO NOT include an explanation of this, and they have their appointment policy shown in the video they play in the lobby area. I watched it to 15 minutes.
Going back to what happened to me on January 22, 2024. As of 0802, there is still absolutely no customer service. I haven't gone to the bathroom since I arrived or woke up. My bladder will burst soon. "I HAVE TO USE THE RESTROOM" is what I tell the women when I return to my seat and another employee shows up from the closed door.
SECOND SIGN: This Hispanic women informed me I could reschedule. "Why? There isn't even a single person here," I said. She assured me they would take me or work me in after their 0800 appointment, but by 0807, their appointment had not materialized and now another walk-in. So, there are only two walk-ins in the entire establishment, with two employees.
THIRD SIGN: I ask to talk to the manager or have a contact number. NEVER PROVIDED THAT INFORMATION. I asked the Hispanic woman for her name once more, but she wouldn't give it to me.
It's 2024, I take out my phone and start recording a waiting area of myself to show an empty waiting room. I was mindful that another person walking in had just appeared, and he didn't receive any help with signing in either. This Hispanic employee is now rude and begins to exercise her authority in her mind.
I ask to view the policy after the Hispanic woman tells me that it is not permitted to record. It's posted in an area where you can't see the policy. So, my bad!
She then informs me that she is NOT going to serve me and that I'm free to depart. I said "I would not be leaving since I came here to receive a service". She went on to call the police after that.
My thoughts- I'll get some customer service. What an unhappy employee that can't handle being questioned about a lack of customer service.
When the police showed up, they discovered that the Quest employee was unwilling to perform her duties. It seemed like she was having a rough morning and wanted to ruin mine. Not today, was my thought!
Without a doubt, the Fairfax County police were outstanding. The officers made sure I finished my exam and asked me why the employee had called. Once I provided the true narrative of events, the FFX County officers went above and beyond to handle the call. They also had a conversation with this employee and realized it was the employee who was having a bad morning.
Please go to this site if you want to be mistreated, discriminated against, and have the cops summoned to take a "drug test."
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: USE LABCORP!!!

Rude and slow. I was hoping to use this location for its proximity to my house but when I arrived the phlebotomist was extremely rude and demeaning to myself and another customer. She used pet names to address the other customer who was an elderly lady and was visibly distraught of how she was being treated. Seeing the individuals’ poor customer service gave me concerns of her ability to perform labs and I left. I highly recommend not going here for service.

This is strictly for the Quest located inside Safeway on Burke Center Parkway. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was amazing. I didn't feel a thing, no pinch, nothing. I've always had trouble with blood draws. But this woman was absolutely amazing. No wait if you schedule online. It's was a good experience, which is rare for me with the needle.

Made an appointment. Was seen about 5 minutes late but that was fine. The lady was super pleasant and quite chatty which was great to keep my mind off the draining of my blood. Seems simple here.

ZERO star for this particular location! I have never been mistreated at any other place like this one before- went in for a test and unfortunately, had to see an employee by the name of Nyheema Marshall, she was extremely rude, disrespectful and discriminatory against me! There was another gentleman at the waiting area, Nyheema was very welcome and friendly towards him- I will be definitely reporting this discriminatory incident to their regional office

I wish I got the woman's name who was so rude but I did not. I had to pick up a urine collection kit and I called ahead of time and was told that an appointment was not required. I show up and waited in the office for 20 minutes before anyone came out of a locked door. And then she said she had to see all people who had checked in before she could hand me my kit. I told her I only had five more minutes to wait because I had already been waiting for 20 minutes and she told me that I could leave. I was told I didn't need an appointment! Am I supposed to just wait all day until every single person goes through before she can hand me the kit?!!! Do not ever go here.

I was a 5 minutes late to my appointment and couldn't find ANY signage outside for Quest Diagnostics at the shopping center. Eventually wandered around in Safeway and found it in the back in a little office nook area. Despite stressing that I was late, I sat for another 10 minutes as there were several people already there. Logged in at the tablet and sat. The woman that took my blood ignored my advice as to which gauge needle works best on me and then failed to tie the tourniquet snug. She stabbed the needle in, moved it around till she hit my nerve and then commented that she found a good vein. Uh yeah and you friggin hit my nerve because my fingers and forearm are all electric/tingly. Good job chica. It's 7 days later and I still have a dark bruise on my elbow. I can't recommend them.
