AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE is an understatement. Tamika assisted me with my foot scan and sizing. She was very helpful and patient throughout the process. I didn't feel pressured to purchase or rushed in choosing my first running shoe even though the store was getting busy. 10/10 :)

PR Running is definitely the best running store I’ve been to. All the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. There are a lot of sneakers to choose from, and the prices are very reasonable. I got help finding the perfect shoe that was comfortable and practical, and was given feedback on my running form after a quick assessment on the treadmill. I will be coming back to Potomac River Running for all of my running shoes, and encourage you to do the same.

Tamika did a great job working with my daughter Juliet. She analyzed her feet and gait and had her run on the treadmill it was very helpful! We got her some great new training shoes and spikes! Thank you Tamika!!

I found the staff at this store very problematic. First of all, the manager did not want to honor the return policy: The policy on the website is: Items returned after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for merchandise credit. It was just over 30 days and the sneakers just did not fit properly. It took a number of wearings for this to be evident, but one of the reasons I bought at this store was I felt they would work to achieve a good fit, to get me in the right shoe. Instead, I found the manager to be very unhelpful and not at all customer-service oriented. And the woman fitting me was condescending. I will not be back to this store. I'm hoping other branches are better staffed, but I will likely take my business to another company.

Terrible service! They seem not to care and are more upset they have to give you the time of day. When I went the first time I experienced this, but then it happened the next two times. Will definitely not be coming back to this location.
