By far the most difficult bank to work with for small business checking. National customer service is worthless, they bounce you from person to person and nobody can accomplish anything. If you call the branch, they can't help with anything over the phone. If you go in person, they require an appointment so don't expect to just walk into the branch to accomplish anything either. If you do schedule an appointment at the branch, they suddenly become helpful and can do things over the phone to avoid having to see you in person. The entire customer service approach at this bank is impractical.

Need to move the money from one PNC account to another PNC account, but have been there three consecutive days without any progress. The branch manager was never there but only the tell with no capability to move the large amount, instead the tell only has the limit of $4000.Totally wast of my time as the branch is not functional at all. I was so upset at the last time there and drove to another PNC branch. Finally get it done.Fix it or have change the bank.

Some of the slowest lethargic people in the world work at this branch. It will take you over 45 mins to make a simple cash deposit. They will also let people skip you in line if they think their issues will be solved faster (then they spend 45 mins with THAT person.) please do yourself a favor and stay very far from here.

This is the worst PNC ever.You give them tons of deposit and get they doesn't even have quarters.Plus the service is horrible. I would rather drive half an hour far than to go to this place.Cindy is the worst there. She didn’t even check the changes, she straight says she doesn’t have

Stopped by @ 10:00 A.M to be seen today and signed in using there automated messaging for walk in appointments . Another family came in after me while at this point I was waiting for over 30 mins and Samira saw me and took the family that only waited less than 5 minutes in when they just signed in as well . I wasn't sure if it was because Samira and I had a bad experience a few days back , where she came off very rude and basically pointed the fault at me regarding my dispute with charges . After I went to another banker , their other banker apologized to me and told me she would let samira know that I was waiting before that other family and Samira started yelling in front of myself and other customers to her co worker about what had just happened regarding my long wait .

Garbage, I was just inside standing for 10 minutes while it took 2 associates to do one job, I was the only one in the store. This branch like everyone who works here is trash. Unacceptable & you want customers business. Definitely won't be coming here unless change of management. The worst customer experience your ever going to have.

I went in today to cash a check that was drawn off of PNC Bank. I did not have an account there, but the check was from a business that had their account at PNC Bank. The check was a refund from a purchase that was returned.I walked into this PNC Branch and proceeded to have the check cashed. Should be a no brainer since they can look at the account and verify funds. The guy, the guy near the door took the check and proceeded to look it up. He was looking and looking and looking. I was waiting and waiting. Then he leaves and comes back. He studies his computer monitor for a long time, then leaves and comes back. Finally he comes back and hands the check to me and tells me that he cannot cash the check drawn from PNC account. Confused, I ask why? He said there was I little bit of difference in the name and address area but he did not say what. I told him that this check was printed up by PNC. He said yes, but that he could not cash the check. I left shaking my head and told him I was going to a different PNC bank to cash my check. I did just that. You know? They cashed it just fine. I think that guy was trying to look good so that he could get a manager position. He used me as his prey. He was trying to look good, but he made a mistake. He did not call the business to verify that the check was good. Nice going Mr potential Manager guy!!! This Branch was on Burke Center Parkway next to Safeway in Virginia. 7/29/2021
