Dr Rhymes is the best! He takes his time to explain everything. I always feel confident that my dogs are getting the best and honest care possible. I've been going there for 15 years and travel 45 minutes to get there, worth ever minute of my drive!

We have been taking our dog and cats here for over 20 years. Top notch service from the medical team and admin staff. They have resolved all sorts of medical issues for our pets

Dr. Rhymes and his staff are all very good at what they do. My dog started coming here during Covid after a family member recommended them. I drive a distance because I want the best for my dog. Dr. Rhymes addressed my dogs issues and always communicated with me about the possibilities of my dog needing surgery. He was honest and I appreciate that. After a year of my dog having this issue on and off, we decided to move forward surgery because we knew that was the only option left. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome for my dog. The surgery center that was recommended was also top notch. The staff at Parkway has always made me and my dog feel welcome and comfortable, especially when you couldn't go in and accompany your dog during Covid. Overall, I can't say enough about how happy I am that I chose Parkway to care for my dog.

We have been taking our cats to Parkway for over 25 years and they have always been exceptional. I especially like that most of the front desk/office staff are long-time employees and know us and our cats.

Took my dog here for fleas. The vet? with the toe shoes would not give me anything for fleas. Said. O they will die in 8 weeks and lectured me for bombing my house. Still have fleas. This vet has really went down hill. I have taken my dogs here since 2007. Finding a new vet. This is not the same vet as years ago. Also the people at the front have gotten rude several times for having to do their job. 0 stars ? ZERO ! NO MORE OF THIS ? SHOW!*Update- since my review* Parkway vet sent me a screenshot of my negative review and my pets records. No statement or a response to my review. They responded to my review here after i got the screenshot of my review and pet records. unprofessional business. They got mad at my review and mailed a screenshot of my review& record's? Very child like!

Do not waste your time here. Okay, first things first, we had to schedule multiple appointments as every time we showed up when we had one the receptionist would tell us (me and my dad) that the doctor wasn't there. This happened 3 times. On the third try when we were waiting they had a cat roaming around free which my dog has a fear of and we're just like "" these people are so unprofessional. By the time we got into the exam room there was no air conditioning it was extremely hot in there that even my dad was sweating! They managed to only take his weight. As we came there to get his nails clipped and his Bordetella vaccine. When they took him into the back to do his nails they wouldn't let either of us go in with him. (He has some major separation anxiety) my dad and I were stuck waiting in a room as we heard Kenji screaming in panic and pain. The vet tried to tell us that he was being violent but I know the difference between him being violent and him being scared. My dad and I were forced to wait in that room until they eventually came back and told us that he was too violent and we needed to put him on Trazadone. The vet said and I quote "we're gonna send him home with a Trazadone prescription 12 hours and 2 hours before his next appointment that we had to schedule then he had to take them for the rest of the week. My dad and I were officially done at this point they wanted to sedate my dog for several days to do a simple task that we could've helped them with? I even offered to help put a muzzle on him as I know how to handle him but the vet told me that she wasn't comfortable with him being there. My dad and I just left then and there. This place is unprofessional. Not coming here again and you shouldn't bring your animals here either.

We were not very happy with the focus on expensive testing. The vet is not good at providing a clear and reasonably priced approach to problems, and the front office staff is often disorganized and unreliable. We took our dog to a different vet who actually addressed her problems, so we cannot recommend Parkway these days.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Parkway Vets over the years and their care of Zelda. Especially once she developed her health issues the last couple of yrs. They couldn't have been better. Everyone knew who Zelda was!! She was such a sweet girl. And when the time came to say goodbye, they made it as painless as they could. I just cannot say enough good things about them.

They took care of our pup for 12.5 years, provided excellent care. Dr. Rhymes gave us a very accurate diagnosis for our dog at the end.Because of his treatment were were able to have 6 additional days with our dog,. We were able to have all family members to come and say their goodbyes. Shot out to Ali and Nicole as well. Thank you for your kindness and compassion at the end.

I switched to Parkway after having a long standing 10+ year relationship with another popular vet in the area. I needed a vet who would make time for our pets who are seniors aged 15 years. I have seen Dr. Foley who was amazing with our pets. I have also seen Dr. Covalesky whose care is what pushed me to leave this review. She went above and beyond to prevent an emergency situation for my cat. Thank you everyone at Parkway. Mr. Gibbs and I thank you so so much!!!

We just got a new shelter puppy who was experiencing diarrhea. The receptionist immediately set us up with an appointment to see Dr. Rhymes. He thoroughly checked our puppy and started him on some medications. We are very thankful for Dr. Rhymes and the Parkway Veterinary family.

I highly recommend Parkway to anyone who needs a vet! We got a young dog who was very sick. I called them and they referred me to an emergency doctor but told me to call them for the follow up visit. Even though I wasn't a patron yet, that vet tech called me to see how the dog was doing. This was just such a thoughtful gesture that I really appreciated. When the dog was released, I called them to schedule the follow up visit and they were very accommodating. During his illness, it was also discovered that he had a cancerous tumor that needed to be removed. They scheduled his follow up with Dr. Rhymes because he would be the best for the cancer. Within a week, Dr. Rhymes removed the tumor and brought our little guy back to a healthy state. He called multiple times to follow up which was comforting. We have three dogs and now they are all clients of Parkway Vet!

All of the staff at Parkway have been wonderful helping us deal with our animals' health issues. We have 3 and one is very ill with multiple issues. I can't say enough good things about their service and treatment! Their response time, ability to schedule an appointment and practical treatment plans are why we continue to use their services. Thank you Parkway!
