I have been going here awhile now although I love My usual Nail Tech Jenny she’s very kind and professional and I like the way she does my nailsLast night I noticed one of the ladies cleaning with no cleaning solution the place was Soo dirty …. I have noticed for awhile now the uncleanliness And that they don’t sanitize the salon as they should I won’t be returning which is so sad for me because I Love my Nail Tech on top of this one Nail tech there is always soooo loud u can’t even enjoy your experience with all of her loud talking Everytime I go there she’s constantly very unprofessional with the noiseServices: Pedicure

I showed them a picture of what I wanted and the shape was not what I asked for the color was wrong and she couldn’t do a simple heart design and when I asked her to redo it she said no. They were rode and still changed me $10 extra. Would not spend my moment here again.Service: Acrylic nails

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this nail salon. Appointment times mean nothing here and I ended up waiting 30 minutes before deciding to leave. I understand that many places are short-staffed but don't promise a customer a time slot if you cannot at least seat them while they wait.

This salon needs to improve their ability to honor the appts they book. On too many occasions I've been told as I walk in for my appointment that they called me ( 5-10 minutes from my appt) to reschedule because they are running late. Not my problem! My time is important too. Needless to say, I will be looking for another nail salon. Not happy!!

my sister came in awhile ago and is waiting for them to grow out. one of her nails have already cracked. the acrylics are too thin and they barley put any gel which makes the nail crack easily. don't recommend at all but i do recommend "Her nails" spa, they did an excellent job with my nails and gave me exactly what i was looking for.

Horrible, horrible customer service, if you can even call it that! The negative reviews speak for themself! Avoid Ann, who is the rudest and loudest one in the Salon. She will literally tell you she doesn't care if you tell her you don't appreciate or like something about your service. Her and the rest of the staff will all talk about you in their language right to your face, show attitude and act beyond unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs! They change their prices on the spot too - their price list is completely wrong and handwritten for a reason. Their quality of doing nails is terrible too! Pay more and find a better salon!Service: Manicure

I went in to have my acrylic nails soaked off, the tech was in a rush and kept trying to pop the nails off with another nail after I told her she was hurting me. She then used boiling water under the acetone to try to soak the nails off faster when I told her it was too hot she still would not listen. When I went to go pay she asked if I was giving her a tip which I thought was very unprofessional. Once she was done and I left to go home I noticed the tech didn’t soak the rest of the acrylic off one hand.

Stopped in to have a pedicure. Everyone was friendly. They were busy, asked me to come back in 30 minutes. So I did. Had a pedicure, manicure and eye brow wax. The work was good. However, near the end I was fat shamed by Jen. She said I looked too young to have a 29 year old. So I showed her a baby pic of my son and I. She said "Wow! What happened? (As she holds her hands in front of her and expands them to show how wide I was.) You were so cute. Maybe now that they are grown you have time to exercise. Yoga perhaps." I was shocked and could not speak. I paid and left. Will not be back.

This is what I received my Pedi and Nail.Just speechless how she did to me.Other customers told me that she had same expression with the the lady(Ann) who did mine today was terrible also. Good thing walmart is next door I can buy nail remover on my way back home ?

I wanted to give it a try despite of the bad reviews but IT Is NOT THE PLACE . The lady who got my nails “done” was very unprofessional and 100% of the time was Very rude . She hurt me trying to cut my cuticle and when using the nail drill did the same and despite of bleeding never said a sorry .Definitely…. Never getting back and avoid to come here . Ah, I forgot to mentioned: I got the deep powder which is supposed to last three weeks …. Two days later three of my nails were totally out because she didn’t use the ED light.. all for the same $55 plus tip . Awful service and awful placeService: Manicures

I’ve been coming here for years. They have the most reasonable prices in the area, and I really like the employees. They’re always very kind, and this place is clean. Highly recommend the deluxe pedicure! They have plenty of parking as it’s in the Walmart parking lot, and have an accessible parking spot right in front. They have a single stall gender neutral bathroom. I am a very happy customer and recommend My Nails!
