She was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We would not have been able to function without her assistance. We should have come to this store and Jes from the beginning.”
“This AT&T location is worthy of its purpose. I changed carriers because my previous carrier, after 20 years of loyalty, refused to figure out the phone's issue with its network. After reviewing their protocol, they requested that I pay for a service to determine why the carrier works in some aspects but not others. I was unhappy, and when I was approached with a deal from AT&T, I was pleased— new phones, and still cheaper than my previous carrier. When transferring the phones, we ran into some issues. We went to the Burke location. We already had the new phone and everything needed, and we did not need to buy anything from the store. Yet, this was not an issue, and the staff was still helpful. Kevin and Joe were patient and went out of their way to help us out and explain the process of how to transfer information without losing it. They answered all our questions and assured us when we were worried. They were not following steps from a protocol as robots but had their humanity intact. If I could give more stars, I would!”
“I was unable to activate my new phone and went to the Verizon Victra store at Burke Centre for help. Jose was very friendly and willing to help, and most importantly knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was. He called Verizon and spoke with the Verizon rep and was able to tell her exactly what the technical problem was so that she could more efficiently resolve the issue, and it was. There were a couple of periods where we were on hold and during that time Jose looked over my Verizon bills (phone and cable) and explained how I could get more for less. He also showed me a new router that I might consider, given that mine is getting old. I'd felt a bit uptight about going in for technical support but he put me totally at ease, and the next time I need anything re digital services this will be my first stop.”
