“This is strictly for the Quest located inside Safeway on Burke Center Parkway. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was amazing. I didn't feel a thing, no pinch, nothing. I've always had trouble with blood draws. But this woman was absolutely amazing. No wait if you schedule online. It's was a good experience, which is rare for me with the needle.”

“For the quick readers: Staff are friendly and professional at the same time. Very rare combination. Especial thanks to Whitney Thomas who makes sure you have a « good stay » like a hotel. They explain things thoroughly and are careful with details.Dr. Sobhani is a gem. His diagnostics in my case were incredible. I had a condition that was detected by 3 different heart experts (cardiologists). Those cardiologists prescribed me with somemedication that might had side effects. Dr. Sobhani didn’t think they were right and told me to wait few months and take the tests again. He was 100% right after the test that was done few months after, everything was normal. Had he not intervened, I would have been under meds for the rest of my life. 3 cardiologists vs him! He told me « You have been my patient, I have observed your behavior for few years, I thinks it's premature to take the meds. I think this is a temporary condition and you don’t need meds ». That was really priceless for me.I had to travel to Europe with family and we all got COVID. Dr. Sobhani and his staff guided all of us with WhatsApp. Sending us prescription, find equivalent European brands of the prescriptions. He guided me to disconnect my dad’s IV using FaceTime in a hotel room! I honestly believe he and his staff saved my dad this past summer. He was in Critical condition in a country where they didn't speak English and we didn't spoke a word of their language.They are always few mins away via WhatsApp, it's really remarkable. I strongly recommend their program and if you are looking for a high quality health care, they are it.”

I can’t thank you enough. Highly recommend this lab. For parking, front side is a challenge but there are plenty of parking spaces on the right side.”

“I was definitely skeptical after reading the reviews, but what can you really expect from a lab? I made a same day appointment about 30 minutes prior to my desired time. I checked in on my phone right at my appointment time. I waited about 5 minutes or so. Ms. LaToya was my phlebotomist. She pleasant, prompt, and knowledgeable as I only had to be stuck one time (usually it takes a couple of tries and both arms to get a good vein from me, apparently). The facility was clean. I experienced no issues and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Easy peasy - one more thing I can check off my to-do list.”

“I live in md but was born in va. So getting a copy of my birth certificate is usually not easy on the fly, especially since there are still agencies closed to the public. I really needed it and it was quick and cheap. In MD it's $30 for my kids birth certificate each. VA is $12. ?. They are safe with social distancing and take your temperament at the entrance. I was done in less than 30 minutes.”

TJ is an example how rest of the technicians should behave. He is respectful, takes his time to make sure all the orders are correct, he is compassionate, polite and a gentleman. “It was my first time at Quest Diagnostics, didn’t know what to expect. The location was very convenient for me and it was very easy to find. Right next to the pharmacy inside Safeway. Mal was disinfecting the place as I entered which is always a good sign. She was beyond professional and caring. I did not even feel a pinch as she was so gentle and very good at what she does! Easy 10/10 experience here!I’ll be sure to come to this location when I need my annual checks.”

“Shocked by the low rating for this location. Very friendly staff/nurses. Clean and open waiting room. Check in was a breeze and I was seen right at the time of my appointment. Tip: if Quest has your cell phone number they will text you a link to check in so you dont have to mess with the kiosk in the waiting room (seemed glitchy for some). Its in a really big medical building so be prepared to make time to park in the free garage. Its located right outside the building.”

At Labcorp, I left with bruises up and down my arms from multiple sticks and bleeding out. She felt my arm and knew exactly where to hit the vein. She is the gold standard as far as I’m concerned and will come back to her.”
