“Just wanted to thank an associate named Abdul who went above and beyond helping me print a last minute project for my wedding. Needed it within hours and even though he could only guarantee it by EOD since he was working alone, he got everything completed in an hour (and it was a lot) so I could get it in time for our venue. Incredibly helpful and professional.”
“Professional, patient and friendly staff. My family of four needed passport pictures taken. My son has autism so getting a casual picture let alone one specific for a passport can be an almost impossible task. Kianna and Kirill were the staff on duty and they made it their mission to get the best picture possible for my son. They allowed us to try different positions and take a break or two to help my son stay calm. They must have taken over a dozen pictures before getting one that they thought would not be rejected. I am grateful for people like them and thankful that our local UPS store hired them.”
“Don't be fooled by the young employee's ! This location offers actual empathy and support when it feel's like things are going sideways ! We no longer will go to Fedex for our printing needs as the employee's here have been much more ethical and supportive when we've had varying requests. They also ALWAYS have a notary on hand which is priceless. Give them a try !”
“I’ve never had a problem. I drop off UPS packages all the time and have never had a problem getting a receipt. I think some of the negative reviews come from people not understanding the difference between a UPS drop off and UPS access point. You can purchase a UPS label at Parcel Place and they will accept UPS drop offs if you already have the Amazon return shipping label printed.They cannot scan your Amazon return bar code and print the label for you. You need to go to an actual UPS store or UPS access point for that service (you can do that at AutoZone right down the street OR the UPS store in Bradlick shopping center).Additionally, with regards to the review about discrimination against Caucasians, I have never experienced anything like that. The owner has always been nice to me and I’m white. However, I always go out of my way to treat service people (waiters/bartenders/retail sales associates) with the respect they deserve, so I usually get excellent customer service in return.”

“I finally admitted it, I have a shopping addiction. Especially on Amazon I know I should delete the app, but I’m not going to, but I digress. So since I buy lots of things on Amazon, I do have some returns. This is the place. I always go to return them. The people that work there also seem like friends to me weirdly enough. They knew me before I was pregnant all through my pregnancy and since I’ve had my baby, he’s almost 10 months nowreturning packages lol also, I got really cool. Peanuts stamps for Christmas from there one year. I haven’t seen them back since so I guess it’s a collectors item now I’m glad I didn’t use them.”
