Used WiHome for a home networking job. As a WFH technology professional, need a bullet proof home network that Justin and Cory were able to provide. Technically proficient, reasonably priced, and very responsive. I plan to use them again for home theater and security needs.

Justin at WiHome really came to our rescue! We had a home theater installed several years ago and recently, something happened and nothing was working correctly. The company that installed it wouldn’t return our calls and no one else responded to messages. I guess the job was too small. Enter WiHome! Within hours of my reaching out, we had set a time for the next day; he came to our house, fixed the issue for a reasonable price and walked us through the settings so that we could be a little more informed. Great guy, great service! Will definitely bring him our business in the future!

Had an issue with my TV/remote and wanted to set up an audio system in my basement. iHome sent someone out to address the TV issue. They spent 15 minutes on the TV, said they thought it was fixed, and left. Turns out, it wasn't fixed, but I still got an invoice for $99. I paid it out of good faith, and the assurance that someone would come back to try again and meet with me to discuss the audio system in the basement. I sent emails and called to try to arrange a time. Nothing. Silence. I've decided to cut my losses and move on to another company. Who needs to be ignored when offering business to someone? Not me. Bye.

I was in the preliminary stages of investigation into complete home automation, entertainment and security when I visited WiHome and I was very impressed with the approach taken by WiHomes. They first wanted to understand my goals and expectations from the project and they discussed alternatives for different approaches with pros and cons of each. They never tried to sell me something. I was very happy with the end solution they designed than exceeded my expectations and I have recommended them to my friends.

WiHome Integration was very responsive, outlined options and the associated costs, and performed a system upgrade that took a little longer than anticipated and were very patient.
