We’ve been using this HR Block for years and have always used Alfi Montilla. She is literally the best of the best. Her service is excellent. She’s so knowledgeable and kind through the process and she works with us to make sure we are getting everything we should be. We have had really complicated Tax Returns a few times the past couple of years with multiple jobs, job losses, home purchases, and Alfi navigated all of those things expertly. Could not recommend Alfi more!

We’ve used them for a few years and loved our preparer who is no longer there. Working with a new person this year who has had our documents for weeks and has not responded to attempts to contact, and apparently has not filed our taxes.

All bad. They have had possession of my files for a week and have produced nothing. They evade my calls and set up appointments but always are a no show. Don't trust them.

The absolute worst experience. I went online to schedule an evening appointment for tomorrow, which was confirmed via text message, just to be told today that our appointment for tomorrow does not exist. Whoever answered the phone could not get the name right. Horrible service!

We have complex taxes and our HR tax professional Mrs. Daehee Huh is absolutely amazing. She has done our taxes for 3 years and even if I move away from Northern Virginia, I will continue using her services. In my opinion Mrs. Huh is the most competent tax preparer I have ever used. As a plus, she's funny and friendly and somehow makes the experience of doing taxes (which i hate) enjoyable.
