Joining Halo has been transformative. Honestly, I have felt rather stagnant and a bit bored at the gym over the past few years. I have over 20 years of fitness experience, but for the first time in 2 years, I feel like my workouts are actually helping me meet accelerate my fitness and health goals. My Wife and I love the Peak program, and we love that you just show up and knock it out. We are so glad we are supporting this small business, and will Continue to recommend it to our friends and neighbors.

Halo Fitness is unlike any other gym I've experienced, and I mean that in the best way possible. I began with their free trial in February and noticed significant changes in my mood, energy levels, coordination, and overall body strength so quickly that I had to become a member. Starting out, I was quite weak due to four years of health challenges. Week by week, I've felt a remarkable improvement. My sleep has improved, my posture is better, and I feel like I'm regaining control of my life. The trainers have been instrumental in my progress, offering dietary guidance, keeping me motivated, and ensuring I maintain proper form--a crucial aspect for me. I've made so many new friends and look forward to going every week. I wholeheartedly recommend Halo Fitness! If you've found this review on your quest to find the right gym, you can stop researching. This gym is it- trust me!

When I initially began my gym journey, I followed the peak program, which was okay. However, I didn't see much progress, so I decided to give CrossFit a shot. It was new to me, but it was my original reason for joining the gym. They advertised it as a more affordable form of personal training, but the classes were so crowded that it was difficult to find space to exercise. It involved a lot of overhead movements that put strain on my shoulders. Due to the claims made by the gym, I expected the instructors to pay closer attention, but with 50 people crammed into a small area, it was impossible for them to monitor everyone effectively. Unfortunately, I ended up injuring my shoulder during a CrossFit session, and it resulted in a frozen shoulder, preventing me from continuing with the exercises. When I tried to cancel my membership due to my injury, they insisted on charging me for the remaining months, even though I couldn't use the gym. I sustained the injury because I was not guided properly by the instructor who I assumed was supervising the class. It became evident that their priority was collecting money rather than ensuring the safety and well-being of their members. As a result of this incident, I have been in physical therapy for over six months, and my right arm remains immobile. Despite the hardships I faced, the gym management seemed more focused on maximizing their profits rather than showing genuine care and concern for their members. It's disappointing that a place that claims to support veterans like me would prioritize financial gain over the well-being of their clients.

CrossFit703 at Halo is an amazing program led by incredibly knowledgeable and talented coaches. Before starting, I was a mediocre runner and never did any weight training or any formal gym classes. I've learned so much about not only lifting, and workouts but about myself. The team and member community helps push me beyond what I thought were my limits and now I'm strong and I have so much fun doing it! No matter your fitness level, the coaches meet you where you are help you push beyond that. I started in my mid-40s and I'm in the best shape of my life!

We first met our Halo family a few months ago when our boys tried the Youth Strength and Conditioning class. They absolutely love it and have become so much stronger and faster. You can really tell the difference it has made in their sports performance by going twice a week and other people have noticed as well. Coach Jason is always challenging them and also making it fun, like adding in a sled that they need to push and pull or throwing a heavy medicine ball down to the ground. I can tell he puts in a lot of time and effort in designing the workouts including how the equipment is laid out in that gym area too. He changes it every day. Everything is always ran so smoothly...they move from one station to the other without wasting any time. I love that he's always watching their form as well and tweaking where it's needed. The other coach who helps in the class also does all that, but Jason is the main coach. Starting them young is so important and I am so glad we found this class for them. Working out is very important in our family which leads me into how my husband and I got hooked. We had been doing Crossfit-ish workouts in our home garage for over 10 years and that worked for us and our schedule. But when they said they offered Crossfit classes DURING the boys' class times, we tried it and we loved it. So smart of Halo! Now we go at least 3 times a week. It's hard not being able to go on certain days due to our schedule because the WOD looks like a really good one...major FOMO those days. The coaches are all amazing. They are motivating no matter what level you are on and are always walking around during the workout encouraging you and helping with form. The workouts are very challenging but doable because the coaches always explain different scaling options. The first few minutes of the class is when they go over the workout and demonstrate each movement. I love the video demonstrations that they show of each movement during the WOD too. My husband and I can feel that we are stronger than we were before starting at Crossfit 703 and highly recommend everyone to give it a try. The Halo/Crossfit 703 community is so inviting and you'll never want to leave.

This gym is so awesome! I have lost over 30lbs since joining summer 2021. There is CrossFit classes and a great high intensity interval training class called peak that is very adaptable for people with different ability levels and or injuries. I have done peak for over 2 years 4-5 days per week and it's great for me. I have an injured left shoulder where the cartilage is gone in a spot with bone on bone. I don't think I could workout or get past this but the coaches at peak helped me to strengthen and work around and through the injury. Strongly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to be better.

I've been a member at HALO since October 2019. I'm almost 66 years old, and I'm trying to stay healthy and fight off osteoporosis, which runs in my family. HALO is great! My strength and cardio fitness has improved so much since I've been working out there. I go 4-5 times a week, and the workouts are always changed up, so it doesn't get boring. The coaches are very encouraging and make sure that everyone is doing the movements properly to avoid injury and to get the most out of a workout. It doesn't matter your fitness level or age -- it's a great place to go because there are people of every age and fitness level. I love it!

I started my CrossFit journey a year ago and Halo was the best partner for this. As a beginner crossfitter, scaling many of the wods is a must and all the coaches has been great guiding me and my wife with the best scaling options for each day. Also, the community feeling is great, specially this time of the year with their Friday Light Nights around the CrossFit open events.

Very welcoming place to get/keep in shape and a great community to be involved with. Low motivation to workout and a friend has been speaking highly of Halo so I decided to give it a try. From my first contact, the people have been very helpful and communicative. Workouts are instructed and instructors are extremely helpful as there is a short learning curve to understand acronyms and, most importantly, techique. Very happy with my decision to engage. Recommend giving it a try to experience it!

I used to go to F45, and it is fantastic, but Halo Fitness is definitely the better workout for me. I've gained more strength in the couple of months working out at Halo Fitness than I did in all my time at F45. It's also cheaper. I can't recommend Halo Fitness enough.

I am so happy I joined this gym that is focused on inclusivity and ensuring each member has a great experience! Dan, the owner, was a tremendous help in making sure I understood all of the membership options and giving me a tour once I joined. I love the peak class and never have an issue signing up for a class or worrying about availability. The class is innovative and includes a variety of cardio and strength for a great wholistic workout. Also- the music they play is great!!

My son has enjoyed the Youth Strength and Conditioning here for several months. It has helped him accomplish some other sports-related goals he's had like getting his first pull-up and advancing in his jiu jitsu. We don't live super-close, but it has been worth the drive. Very clean bathrooms!

I dropped into a workout while in town for work. The coaches were great and loved the video demonstrations of the WOD movements. Hats off their programmer, it was a great workout!
