Garbage cans were filled to the point of them overfilling, bathroom was filthy - there were paper towels everywhere and toilet seat was wet when I sat down, there were crumbs under a table that wasn't cleaned up for a whole hour I sat there with friends eating.Cashier was chatting with another worker when I was paying, there's no reason for the place to be this messy even when it's busy if your workers can have a moment to sit and chat.

Ordered two burritos through Uber eats and they were smaller than the size of my palm. Absolute scam. Seems employees skimp extra hard if you’re not there in person ?

I asked for extra rice on one of the bowls since she was putting very little rice and she wouldn’t. When I told her I will pay extra then she barely gave a little more rice and started explaining how two scoops are regular and the third is extra. I wouldn’t have to ask for extra if she actually put the right amount the first time. I didn’t get sour cream or hot sauce on the bowl and never before had to pay extra for it and now they are even charging for sides.

The service was terrible, I had a gift card right, the cashier who’s rude and a women in her 40s I think or 50s, to me to tell her the numbers of the back of the gift, I was confused, she yelled at me for messing up the numbers and then she gives up and finally gives the gift card to this young employee who knew what she was doing usually, they would type the numbers in back no, 1/10 they should fire of her of her attitude and service.

Whatever you do, do not go to this location!! almost every time i went i was giving raw rice which is honestly the most annoying thing ever. How hard could it be to make cooked rice. in fact rice is the main part of any entree and they can’t even cook it properly. This has happened to me more time then i can count and when i told them about they did not do anything to change it and still served the rest of the customers the same food. people can get seriously sick and yet they keep on serving it everytime. The staff is always really rude as well when i confront them about it.

Went here with my boyfriend in the evening. We ordered with chips and they didn’t even give us the chips when it was literally right there on the shelf. When we went to get forks there was barely any and they were all sticky and did not look clean. We expressed our concern to the person at the cashier register and they made us wait so long and did nothing about the issue but just stand there as if they were deaf. We asked for the manager because we wanted a refund and they said they would give us back our food because of the bad service and they did not give it back, they lied. They were very rude and did not want to work out the issue either. Never got clean forks or chips or food back

Unfortunately this Chipoltle has gone way downhill. I usually don’t write reviews, but after the last three times going here I felt it necessary to. The consistency is way off. Too little of one ingredient and too much of another. Meat way too salty. Overcooked also or dry. Tortillas hard around the edges - like they had been sitting out too long. And what is the worst of it is that the people working the line know it. They don’t care. I was the only one in line and they seemed way too hurried to slap stuff together and get me moving along. Customer service has gone down for sure. I expect others know it too because the last few times I have been in (during highlight of lunch or dinner) not much business. It looks too plain and barren in here also. Very stripped down and temporary looking. Do better or you may not be here much longer.

This 1 star is only because I can't leave 0. We went a few weeks ago, ordered online and went to pick up at the designated time. The store was almost empty, no one was in line and our order was not ready. They had 4 employees in the store and only one was actually working. We stood there for about 10 minutes before they asked me my name and another 10 until they made the correct order. Just ordered online for delivery. They took the order, said it would be here in 30-45 minutes. One hour later they cancelled the order without a reason. The automated system "pepper" was useless and their 1-800 number never picked up. So I'm short, that was our experience. If you don't mind the drive to a different restaurant, I would suggest the longer drive.

Avoid this Chipotle! Ordered online. 40 minutes late. Still waiting. Customer service is terrible. Asked for help with order, speak to manager and response was tough luck. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

This is the closest chipotle to me and I go there once a week with family for dinner. The last couple of times the food has been extra salty. Today it was unbearable to eat. We had to trash it and go to a different chipotle. Very
