Great service. If you are waiting for an inspection, take a walk around Lake Barton--one lap around the lake is a 2 mile round trip.

Was quoted over $500 for a repair at the dealership that would've taken hours. Burke Auto Service got it done in two, offered me a loaner, and did the fix for nearly a quarter of what the dealer was going to charge (including having my car re-inspected). Great people and service. Highly recommend.

Got an estimate from another reputable shop for major work on my used car and Burke Auto Service beat it by $200. In addition, they gave me a loaner car to use for free except pay for gas. Car runs great now. Would trust the shop.

Dropped my car off to fix a noise coming from the wheel and a noise coming from closing the driver door. Technician said they did not hear a noise so they changed the brake pads and rotors assuming that screeching was the noise. That is not the noise I keep hearing. Paid $600 for a new set of brake pads and rotors and left the shop. Not only is the door still creaking but the noise from the wheel is still there and I've heard it every single time i get in the car. Oh and the brakes that I just replaced are screeching. It's extremely hard not to be skeptical about mechanics but there's not a chance in hell I'll be giving Burke Auto another cent

After my car was repaired at Burke auto it began making a horrible raddling sound when on the highway. When I brought the car back to ask them to look into it they seemed annoyed and like I was nuts. They claimed to look into it, saying it was a problem in the dashboard or the tires. I took it to another shop who discovered a piece around the grill had been put back on incorrectly. I have family and friends who have been looking for a mechanic and we all will be going elsewhere, you should too.Service: Air conditioning

An employee told me one price for my service. I was charged a higher one and the manager was very rude, saying the employee should not have promised me the price he did, and the manager was not going to give me that stated price

I got my oil changed elsewhere and walked away with a long list of recommendations that I didn't trust (separate story) ... I went to Burke Auto Service Experts for a second opinion and they looked at the recommendations, listened to my concerns, and other car history and did a review - I felt like I received an honest and reliable analysis of the state of my car, debunking some of the recommendations I received elsewhere with full explanation of why. Gave me a few things to consider for the next couple of years and didn't even charge me. Will definitely go back for future service and would recommend!

My tire completely popped and I had originally pulled up to Shell’s gas station, but they were closed. I noticed Burke Auto Service when I parked in PNC’s parking lot. I had already ordered an Uber to work, but decided to check them out while I was waiting. I walked in and was greeted by Bud, when I explained that my tire had just popped and I was waiting on my Uber, he told me to cancel my Uber- he was going to give me a loaner car. When I asked how much he charged for a loaner, he told me it was free of charge and just to return it with a full gas tank. He called me later and went over 4 different options for my tires. They turned such a stressful morning into such a stress free day. I moved into the neighborhood about a year ago and will definitely be returning for all my future car visits.
