Unprofessional. Rude manager. Waited way longer than expected for consult. Poor customer service across the board from front desk to stylists to manager. This salon has No respect for customers time in which they will keep you waiting. Also to add, most uncomfortable seating in the waiting area only to be met with mean glares from the manager while she works on another client.

Unprofessional. Booked an appt online only to go in and be told sorry she wouldn't be done in time. And that would have to come back next week. As a new client ( which I wasn't) I wasn't in the system. The Hair stylist just laughed and shrugged. Won't be coming back.

Landy is absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! I have always received an "ok" haircut elsewhere, but Landy listened to what I wanted (which was always told to me that it wouldn't work with my hair), then did exactly what I have been wanting for forever. She is a magician with hair! Her bright personality made the time go by so fast and was so enjoyable conversing with her (no hair stylist awkward conversations with her! Haha!)

I had my hair done yesterday by Sue and I am super happy with how my hair looks. She takes her time and consults with you and gives you the look you want. She did low lights and highlights on my hair. It looks amazing! Thank you!

I made a last minute decision to get someone to color my hair, instead of box dying, for the first time in almost 30 years. I was scheduled for Saturday morning for a thing and when I got there the power was out. I had stripped the color out of my hair so I was walking around with orange/yellow hair and it was either reschedule or go back to the box. Since they weren’t open Sunday I really didn’t have an option. They didn’t owe me anything as it wasn’t their fault the power was out or that I decided to strip the color out of my hair. Then Landy stepped in and told me that she would have to reschedule her clients but would find a way to also see me. She texted me updates throughout the day and following day about the accommodations and what location we would go to based on the power. At 6:30 on a Sunday night she saw me, a first time client who she owed nothing to. She stayed until 9pm and had a smile the whole time. Thanking me for being accommodating because of the power outage. Not only were her customer service skills next level, she took the time to talk with me and go over the options with my hair and walked me through everything and it turned out amazing. I will never be able to repay her for the time she took to help a new client but she will have a repeat customer for sure.

I went here for a “spa facial” as the website advertised. This location is a hair salon with a room dedicated for facial services. The light was bright and not relaxing. I believe the technician was inexperienced in both technique, equipment operation and customer service. Seek facial services elsewhere.

I came here expecting a "spa facial" as the website advertises. This location is a hair salon and has a room dedicated for facial services. The light was bright and the service was not relaxing. The technician seemed (in my opinion) to lack experience and basic knowledge of operating the equipment. Seek facial services elsewhere!!!!

I’ve been going to Beau Totale for a long as I can remember … over 20 years . All the stylists have done a great job. After COVID they lost the stylists I was using and I’ve been working with Susan ever since . Susan is super knowledgeable and really gives great advice . She is super attentive to detail and definitely feels her customers represent her when they walk out the door . My only disappointment just recently is they ran out of the product I wanted to buy. That’s never happened before . I hope they can stay on top of the orders. By the way …Last thing I can add , the Aveda products are fabulous .Services: Hair hydration treatments

Susan understands hair. I went for a short style many months ago. Despite three previous stylists viewing the pics of what I was looking for, getting out their scissors, and running my credit card, all 3 were unable to gauge the texture and curl of my hair in relation to the style that I was looking for. Susan (the fourth stylist since going short) was spot on. She looked at the photos of the cuts I liked and we had a real conversation about what would and would not work for me. I love my cute short hair-do! Go see Susan if your other stylist just doesn't seem to be listening to you or just doesn't get the job done right. Susan will!Services: Haircut

Well, I saw great reviews, just called to book an appointment and the first thing the guy asks for is my credit card information and tells me about their cancellation policy and how I’ll be charged if I no-show. Kind of a weird first impression. Then, 15 minutes later after asking about my color, thickness, length of my hair and a hold plus checking someone out, he tells me I need to wait 3.5 weeks for a root touch up and how it will be tough to match my store bought color…but I never said I used store bought color. I said I used a pink tinted conditioner for my natural highlights. When I laughed about waiting 3 weeks for a root touch up with the owner, he proceeds to offer me another appointment 4.5 weeks out. Very bad first impression and he sounded bored and exacerbated by the whole call. No thank you! I’ll keep looking.

I am always pleased with my cut, but the atmosphere is not relaxing. The music is extremely too loud and the ladies talk so very loud. Not what I expect at an Aveda Salon.

I came here desperately seeking a hair wash. I was trying to find the right shampoo but in the process of doing so, build up started occurring. Nothing was working so I came to Beau Totale Salon & Spa. They treated me like dirt. Let's just say it was so uncomfortable to be treated the way they treated me that day that I left the store. Don't waste your time here for simple things.
