Understaffed. Very long wait for one teller. Long wait for customer service also. Unsolicited sales pitches lengthening the wait for others.

Shoutout to Ken (the manager) and the team. The whole time I was there I experienced the very best customer service. My friends and I worked with several associates and the entire team was kind, welcoming, and efficient. Jobs done, problems solved, and happy customers!
