I came to the bank with so many questions and requests expecting that I’ll take a long time or I’ll have to do multiple visits to get everything done. On the contrary, staff were very helpful and quick to address my requests and answer my questions. Thanks to Mrs Shaimaa Mohamed who helped me in a very timely manner and got everything done for me starting with information updates, card updates, and investment advice. I really appreciate it. Such a great talent.

BOA differs little from other banks - except for this Burke Lake Road Branch. If BOA closes it, will leave BOA. The management and staff provide a "home town" attitude in a very suburban environment. Ms. Khan and others are willing help and make you feel welcome. Thank you!
