“Service, price, facility and staff were great. The wait time seemed too long for the service being performed. I was also scheduled at 7:15am and arrived on time, only to find that no appointments actually commence until 8:00am. Why show opening hours of 7:00am and schedule customers so close to that hour if you're really not "doing business" per se until 8?”

“I appreciate that they give you a quick oil change. The upsale of other services can be a bit of a bother. Also this time after washing the windows, they were dirtier then when I came in. They obviously used a dirty rag to dry the glass, very smeared. But if you don't have much time, Jiffy Lube is the place to come for a quick oil change.”
