Terrible service. When I walked into the store, the manager was asleep at the desk. We needed to replace my son's phone and none of the three employees could explain what they meant when they told me the new phone would be $10/month + additional charges. when I asked what the additional charges were and how much they would be. I had to call the 611 customer service line to find out. Then they assured me the phone would be shipped to me within 2 business days. When I checked back on the 4th day I was told it would be an additional 2 weeks!

Went in for a phone upgrade, unfortunately we were helped by Leo. This guy was such a prick know-it-all. He made unnecessary comments and had a poor attitude. He didn’t tell us they didn’t have the phones we wanted in store, we had to overhear it in a conversation with his coworker. Homie needed that commission I guess. Got the phones but at the cost of interacting with a douchebag.

I went in because the previous owner said to watch online and come in August. I looked online and it said Iwas eligible to trade in my phone. I wasn’t sure about payoff. I went in and 2 people were super helpful- said to get full amount, I’d need to use insurance to get phone back (cracked) dealt with- they looked up my memory and calculated what I’d pay monthly and said my bill would go down. We discussed upfront costs- in terms of insurance. Went home and paid deductible and worked with insurance and had phone replaced. Backed it up on my own and shipped my phone back- needed help with SIM card and went over to store at 7:40- store open til 8. Door was locked and couldn’t see anyone inside but lights on- another customer drove up and asked if it was open so we knocked- guy came out of back and unlocked door- and helped with my SIM- but store wasn’t open and should have been. Left so he could help next customer who showed up while store was locked. Next day I went to trade in my phone- same guy - started erasing my phone without understanding I needed a new one. He seemed annoyed that I hadn’t ordered it (never have before and no one suggested that when I was in the first time). When we started the process he said I’d have to pay the phone off first. It took me awhile to understand because in the past there have been work around a- like getting some kind of up charge or something and it hadn’t been mentioned (only insurance deductible) first time- so I made an assumption the trade in could be combined and I wouldn’t owe more out of pocket. I am sad but okay with the situation- but left without upgrading because the guy was rude and argumentative with me instead of troubleshooting or suggesting options. He just kept insisting that I didn’t know what I was talking about and couldn’t really articulate why the 14 pro was better anyway. So I left the new phone and case and left the store with my ‘new replaced’ 12pro and a decision to figure it out in a different store. Bottom line- I found the 2 who helped me originally helpful and kind of not thorough but the guy who locked up and treated me like an idiot was not what I was hoping for and not enthusiastic about having to pay more for his help.

Had a great experience at this store, all my questions were answered and I got my new line out with a phone. Raisa assisted me with the activation and data transfer she was very patient and helpful. Will definitely come back to this location.

The customer service guy was nice, but the owner is very pushy and made me uncomfortable. He looked over my shoulder as I was talking to the customer service guy. They didn’t even step me through my options, they just pushed me to a plan. Then they switched my phone and I didn’t have service.

After having a really bad experience with the local corporate store, I went here because it was rated highly on Google Reviews. There was one gentleman there that was already helping another customer. He somehow managed to balance setting up myself, my wife and the other customer at the same time. I have never seen anyone juggle multi-tasking as well as he did. He was kind and direct about how to tailor our phone purchases and plans to squeeze every last ounce of savings out for us to get the most for our money. I wish I would have gone to him from the beginning. I will set a reminder to use him in the future as he has earned himself a customer for life.

The store st Burke Center is the best. I have gone there for 20 years and will not go any where else. I just got a phone and I am buying another this week. They always have ways to save and provide excellent service.

Got screwed over by the owner. Went in for a promotion last year for a free iPhone 12... the phone color we wanted wasn't in stock, so they said come back on Thursday it'd be there. I called before going in, and they very rudely told us the phone wasn't there yet and they'd call us when it arrived. Never called us. The owner and another guy helped us with the promotion, and they were all about upselling and not very nice. They told us I had to change our plan to get the promo since our plan no longer existed. The new plan was more expensive but it allowed us unlimited data so I agreed. Today I went to upgrade that same line, but was told there was already an iPhone 12 waiting for us. Little did I know that I had been paying for this phone for a year, the promotion no longer eligible. I thought the raise in price was attributed to the plan change. After talking to AT&T via 611 for over an hour, I'm stuck paying this phone off.

Sign on the door says customers are encouraged to wear masks, so of course we did. None of the employees wore a mask. The employee who helped us ("B") wiped his nose with his hand, then handled my phone. We got done what we needed to, but it was gross and we had to sanitize everything when we left.
