DO NOT USE this FFL!!! Armada Arms is a one-man-show with no employees. That doesn't work out very well when he does NOT inform the purchaser or supplier he plans to take several weeks off for a long vacation (no where near the holiday), resulting in the purchase being held hostage until his return. In addition, no discount is provided. He could have informed me he would be out of town for over half the month of November, allowing another FFL to be chosen, but he intentionally didn't. I wish I had read the negative reviews since my experience couldn't be more negative, and I doubt I'll see my purchase in 2 weeks even though it was already delivered and accepted this morning!!!

Literally just called to ask a question and was immediately greeted with. "Hello?" as if i was calling a personal number. When i asked if this was a store the person said "Yes?", i then asked if this was armada arms and they said "yes?". SO WHY NOT ANSWER THE PHONE LIKE A BUSINESS. I laughed and asked why they answered that way and they immidiately hung up. The only impression i needed from these guys enough to know i wont be purchasing anything lmao what a jokeEDIT:The owners response says it all people. Lol what an absolute clown. A store owner who would rather display their unprofessionalism online for all to see then purchase invest in a business phone doesn’t deserve your business. It’s no surprise they’re one of the worst rated LGS. Arrogant Fudd.

This is one of the best FFL dealers in the NOVA area and never had any issues.As for those that's complaining about not having a physical store maybe you should give a call or text first to check instead of leaving a bad review about it. There are many online stores that you can also purchase from and don't see complaints about them not having physical stores.There are no hidden fees, if something surprises you that means you did not read the agreements before agreeing to it and acting as if its the dealer's fault.
