My battery conked out when I went to a nearby store. I went into Advanced Auto Parts and an employee named Yusuf walked over to my car with me and gave me a jump. I then drove over to the front of Advance Auto Parts and Yusuf checked the battery and showed me that the his tester recommended that I replace the battery. Yusuf helped me to choose a new battery, and then installed it for me. He was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this store. I hope that store management treats Yusuf well, as he is an asset to their store. Thanks for all your help, Yusuf!

I mean, it's an Advance Auto Parts. It's nothing crazy. There's really not much to say about this place. People are helpful and knowledgeable and can help you out if you're clueless. Average place.

I had an excellent experience at this store. Yesterday I took my battery in for testing and your associate asked to keep it to give it a more accurate full charge. I picked it up this morning. At that point, I got help from Abdi who did a great job explaining the health of the battery. Then offered to test the alternator in my vehicle. So I went home and drove back with the problem vehicle. I was greeted by the lady that works there to see if I needed help and I told her I was waiting for Abdi. So I appreciate her offering help - that one doesn’t always happen in a store. Abdi went out and checked the alternator and the testing went well (the alternator is fine). He’s just a very affable guy and very customer friendly, and did a good job at what I asked him to do. Thank you.

While the wheelcovers were aplenty, when my little hands couldn't get the wheelcover on my wheel, I asked the Sales Rep if he would come out to my car and help me put it on and he said, No? Ummm, customer service clearly isn't a priority for this Advance Auto Parts store and with that, they lost the sale and a customer??

I tried to get an alternator checked this afternoon but the staff was clueless. One kid said he did it once before but then couldn’t even figure out how to mount it on the machine. I figured it out. (He at least tried.). Both staff members were non-apologetic and rather sarcastic - the older guy especially. I was not entertained. We left and went to a competitor auto-parts store. They ran the test with no issues and got my sale for a replacement alternator.

I love coming to this location because the employees are always nice and helpful. They also seem to have more in stock than at other locations.

Manager talks to me like an animal, gives me the wrong parts then claims it’s the right part. Starts calling me nasty curse words. this is the closest auto zone to my house but the worst one i’ve ever been to.

I had battery replacement + charging, and starting system testing for my car. Staffs are friendly and helpful. In brief, It's a pleasant shopping experience. Between they also have free motor oil recycling.

I’m getting line and I come before another guy. I’m wanna test my battery and if it bad I’m ready to buy newone. The service guy told me step on the side and wait he helping the guy behind me first, I’m kind of suprise why I’m come first and he serve the person behind me first and he said he have to see what’s the guy need first, well I think maybe my problem more time so I wait but get what his turn take times too. I’m ask when they are will be helping me. The service old lady her name’s Cathy raise her voice at me wait in the line to help, before u answer customer, u should know where is customer at first and I told her I’m stand in line before that guy and u guy helping him before me, is that make any sense? We come location at Annandale and James helping my problem.
